I can totally see how love can happen in real life and the show. Watching how their past relationship unfolds make so much sense. Lets face it, some younger men are just more mature and responsible and that can be a big piece. Personally I don't care about age, if two people can make it work then that’s great!
After those 2 episodes I came straight here…another anticlimactic moment when Le finds out FL is his mother….i swear the director said ok Actors please show NO emotions. WTF listening to the ML talk to Le was so disappointing, I mean that could have been such a beautiful moment.
Omg the grandma just keeps getting worse…I mean at what point as a child even a grown up do you cut parents out of your life. The ML character is such a simp.
Holy shit her friend is just vicious! I will say at least we finally saw some emotion in that confrontation scene. I hope the friend and grandma come to a very bad end, they don’t deserve forgiveness!!!!
I know both leads are great actors so I’m very disappointed in what I’m seeing. Truly had so much potential but the dialogue and direction is weak.
I will watch to the end….Im now putting all my emotions in Sniper Butterfly instead.
His reaction is too passive for me. Infact both of them. You find out your mother lied and kept your son away…
This is one of my biggest complaints, no one has emotions on this show! It would be great if we could actually see an emotional reaction. Everything feels so flat
I seriously wanted to scream at the TV, I don’t care if the grandmother has early onset Alzheimer’s, her actions are horrible and to tell the child that his mother didn’t want him!!! Argh what a horrible human being. This drama would have been so much better if we could see more emotions…everyone is just so meh. Where is the anger, rage, crying…it’s so one dimensional. It’s too bad because the leads are great actors. Why is it so friggin hard to tell the child that she is his mother? They act like teenagers unable to make any decisions for themselves.
And the scam…like we didn’t see that coming from a mile away. Why is she so dumb? Seems like a pattern for her? I think she was too busy trying to feel important again.
FINALLY they are reconciled! All I keep thinking this whole time was can you two please just have a damn conversation!!!I have to say now that it happened I found it a little anticlimactic and lackluster. Maybe because I was expecting more emotion during their conversation…I mean I would be angry to find the truth on both sides. Maybe it was just a relief for them to let go but the whole scene just felt to quiet. I really wanted to see passion and bigger emotions. I mean even when the ML confrontated his mother, it was so matter of fact. Again I would be yelling and screaming at her.

Love this BL so far, no deep plots or anything bit but killer chemistry between 2 gorgeous leads. Curious how their relationship unfolds. Also let’s talk about the OST, takes it to another level for me. Really well done so far!

I hope so, I’m so frustrated waiting for something to happen. This drama has so much potential but I need the romance now, the build up has been so slow. Literally watch 2 separate lives
Omg will anything ever happen???? I love both leads the pace is so slow. I need the 2 leads to step up, grow a backbone and have a bloody conversation already. This is dragging on way too long.
I’m really enjoyed this show, FL was a little annoying at first and of course misunderstandings but it go much better. I like how all the characters developed and even the superpowers part. It was something different and I like it
Ok enough is enough, time for the leads to have a conversation. I’m ok with misunderstanding to a point but it’s time to get passed it. If I found out my child is alive, I would be on the father’s face like now!!!!
So far I like and don’t like this drama, storyline is strange. Majority of the 10 episodes Leads barely cross paths and yes we can some history but not really developing the story well. All I can say is the ML better step up when he finds out what his mother did and the mother better suffer!!!!
Yes her Friend seems a little weird, giving me a weird vibe. Trying to talk her out of reconnecting with her child.
The pacing of this drama is definitely a little bit off, need to see the leads going to head to head and both of them need a backbone.
So far so good but my god when the FL finds out that that is her son, I hope she slaps the ahit out of the grandma. I mean can you imagine being deprived of your child for 12 years.!!!!
I hope the ML is not a complete simp and stands up to his mother when the time comes.
I just binged watch the first 6 episodes and it’s amazing. I’m totally hooked, loving these 5 guys. Cant wait for next week. One of the better Japanese BLs I’ve watched. Can’t wait for next week.
I love Ren Jia Lun , he is a really great actor and I’ve always loved his dramas. I had high hopes and started watching because of him.…wow he looks gorgeous as the emperor in those robes BUT apart from that this drama is killing me. I stopped watching after episode 6, the FL is so frustrating I just want to slap her ! I thought I’d wait for more episodes to drop before investing my time. Should I start again?
Omg this the best drama!!! I have laughed so hard in ages, they do such a great job balancing the funny and serious. Pond is perfect for this role. Hope it just keeps getting better and better. There acting has really improved
