It makes me sad that even if we can find a man like lee junho in dramas it’s hard to find in real life . I keep saying to people dramas r almost like real life but it’s characters like him that makes me realise - why dramas r “almost” like real life . I wanna find a man like him but sadly I know I can’t find any even if I want to cause he is that rare

i agree. she is still a child ( she is only 15-16 ish ) so i guess she will learn through mistakes ( we all do ) but i also know royal family is not a place for such actions . they prince and princesses can play it dirty with those who r weaker than them but even they dont dare to touch someone more powerful than them .
niaoniao trying to get small lil revenge like that will only hurt her . i understand how long can a person digest injustice but some things r not meant to be done like that . she has done things like this before as well back in her house . but there was her mom to punish her . this time the one to punish her if she does something disrespectful will be the emperor and th punishment wont be something small . she will learn i know but i hope she doesnt need to pay a big price for it

i agree with u . i also found that a lil bit inconsiderate ( but i thought mayb i was being too much . good to see someone thought the same as i ) but i also thought it was a bit childish and noobish . i know niao niao does things not caring about the consequences but it was too much for me . good thing even though the royal family knows she did this they ignored the fact cause they knew it was necessary to punish the princess on this occasion cause she was getting out of hand
niao niao and her mom may never get together well IMO and thats due to her mom' pride . niao niao seeks for her love even now all the time . but everytime something makes her mom unable to show her true feelings . if only instead of her father niaoniao's mom could be honest wbout her feelings in front of niao niao

I wonder what an amazing plot twist it would be if it turns out jang uk is actually jang gang’s son . Like even if the emperor predicted the first born would be his son and the stars showed he was born with the the stars meant for the king what if like really what if he is jang gang’s son .
I really don’t know if I want jang gang to embrace his son and give him all the love he missed or die out of guilt cause he left a newborn baby even without checking the truth . I believe he was helpless but jang uk doesn’t deserve the shame he is getting too .

i agree . mayb even though he was able to learn chilsu he is still weak as he didnt practice as much as yul . we have to keep in mind though though uk is a talented genius ( as he can learn things faster ) yul has practice of years and the fight proved that

until now i thought only ling buyi is capable of making people shut their mouth with his words , today this lady yue just entered the room and made everyone remember their ancestors BWAHAHAHAHHAHA . she directly and indirectly made everyone straighten their way of conduct . now wonder the emperor dotes on her
before i saw her as a sensible lady who is favored by the emperor the most but today i was able to see her capability

the kiss in the preview > . < i hope there r more kiss scenes . also the kiss between qiqi and niao niao's 2nd brother was unexpected but i screamed . i ship them . hope they dont face any hinders and get married :)

in the novel they dont get married till the very end . because ling buyi didnt want to put niao niao in danger due to his revenge and then things happened, fast forward to 5 years later and then they got married .since the drama is following the novel exactly for most of the part , they might not show wedding scenes ( and even if they include wedding scenes it will be only in the last episode )

how about u try for yourself and judge if u will continue watching it or not . cause i did the same mistake before and i regretted it afterwards ( the drama was - ancient love poetry )

glad how part 1 ends with niao niao finally accepting her marriage with ling buyi and part 2 will be about them facing probs as a couple. though part 2 continues right after part 1 this slight hint feels good . mayb thats why they decided to air 28 eps for the part1 instead of 27 eps

i agree . though i am happy atleast ling bu yi is standing for her when no one has the courage to do so , no matter what he should not engage himself with these ladies . it will only give them a delusion that if ling buyi is not present they can treat her rudely as only ling buyi protects her .
ling buyi is a straight forward man who has always black black and white white and is not afraid of ridiculing these ladies cause he knows they cant afford to hurt him . he thinks now he can protect niao niao since she is his fiance but he cant always be there to help her nor can his fame / name can protect her . she cant always depend pn him . he also liked her because she is strong and independent. i know he wants to protect her .but she NEEDS TO stand for herself

yes , though i never noticed him before in any drama . he particularly in today's episode caught my eyes . he put his wife and granddaughter right in their place . they were getting out of hand . i also loved the almost comedic scene between him and niao niao .
i love how those who dont already hate her eventually judge her themselves after talking to her and come to understand how nice and strong person she is and then stands for her in front of the evil people

i loved how our poor innocent baby A yao was standing right there the whole time , couldnt say a word and finally when he tried to stop the fight by saying - in his eyes , niao niao is the best girl in the world . he was interrupted by both like - bro , shuush . we know that

the trailer of ep 28 is sooo endearing . finally ling bo yi is doing what we expect from him . tbh , ep 25-26 showed why even though he likes her , can protect her that doesn't mean he is perfect for her . but then what does being perfect for someone means ? as long as he can keep her happy thats more than enough . she has had enough of people trying to control her , restrict her with reasons . ep 28 showed he needs to change his way of act if he wants to make her happy . his strict way of protecting her in front of others by belittling them may help her but that only makes her feel uncomfortable . looks like he finally understood he needs to stop making her feel uncomfortable for her to be open to him :)

try watching ancient love poetry if u can . i liked this one better than love redemption ( the female lead is stronger and doesnt have a moment of being stupid or dumb at all . the main couple didnt suffer that much . i dont like stories where main leads have to go through pain and suffering over and over again so mayb thats why i liked ALP better )

How closely this one is following the novel ? I read a big descriptive spoiler about how things went in the novel after they were engaged in the comment section of part 2 and I must say it’s sooo angsty , i might not be able to handle that much considering how balanced part 1 is :(
