I only have two favorite asian actors, Kim Seon Ho and Lee seung Gi and now I can confidently add Nanon to the two. My goodness that guy is talented 1/2 and has such a bright future. Yes, it's because it's a bl. We have so many Het dramas to choose from so the j dramas you mentioned have alot of competition (especially from Korea)...there is so little number of quality BLs (a disturbingly high number of them are TRASH ) so you can understand that for people like me who love BLs kieta Hatsukoi is a breath of fresh air...something I can finally FINALLY watch without cringing throughout the show or getting angry because of the obvious lack of care going into production.

I really appreciate your insights, they help me understand the characters in a way I wouldn't on my own. But that extra layer of deep emotional baggage you always unload makes me more sad... Sad for pram and pat knowing everything that will happen.. it's like rubbing salt on an open wound... But really, their love is beautiful.
