Have you decided to watch this? It has 43 episodes, the story and romance would have to be really good for me to spend so much time on this.

Damn, i think I've entered the Zhang Zhe period. His first encounter with her and he's already saving her life😒 Now i have to witness their lovey dovey scenes😞 I can't wait for the leads to be together.

Together at episode 32 is far later than i hoped for, but your comment along with others is positive and reassuring. Therefore, I'll persist. Chemistry is important, and i want to see many interactions between them, even if it's not always romantic and flirtatious.

I'm really trying hard to get through this. So tempted to skip scenes but don't want to miss anything. I heard it's worth it once the leads are together, but I'm only on episode 5😞

Politics and revenge are fine, as long as they're evenly distributed with romance throughout the drama. However, i fear it's possible this drama may be 90% Politics/revenge and 10% romance.

This is concerning, I'm on episode 3 and it is a bit boring at the moment, i was hoping it would pick up in a couple more episodes. But to be almost halfway through the drama without any romance between the ML and FL is unfortunate. I assumed with the 8.9 rating every episode would be amazing.

I'm up to episode 6, but i think I'll put this on hold for a while, at least until there's nothing else to watch. It's getting a bit boring now.

Very good. Bai Lu very🔥🔥🔥 I would've preferred more cliches and tropes that we're used to in Cdramas. But a good watch overall. Can someone explain the criticism of this drama? What reasons are there to not like it? Because i can't find any. I also read the relationship is toxic. Why?

I love her superpowers. I wish it was the ML with the superpowers and not her. I prefer the Lois Lane and Clark Kent relationship. The male vigilante and the FL in love with the superhero, ignoring the Clark Kent while not realising his double identity. Find me a Kdrama or Cdrama like that, and i will forever be grateful.

Yeah, for sure, I'll let you know. But I've seen many in the comments not liking the drama. The rating has now dropped to 7.5. I'm not sure why, I've seen a few say the FL is childish, not enough romance, the FL didn't end up with the SML, and the ML was boring. So far, i like it, i don't know what will happen, but a 7.5 seems too low for me.

Yeah, we do see a common theme in regards to SML's and how they're portrayed with their traumas, experiences, and character development. Something SFL's rarely get the opportunity to show. I understand why, but i would like to see that change, i want to see SFL's also get their story and development. There was another Kdrama called My Dearest. I don't know if you've watched that, but it has a SFL similar to the SML in Namsoon where i think if she was given a story maybe she wouldn't have gotten destroyed in the comments. I actually liked her, not to the point of preferring her over the FL, but i loved her dedication for the ML and her you're mine type of approach to the ML. Whereas the FL took forever to realise her feelings for the ML. For the SFL, it was instantly. I'm up to episode 5 on Namsoon, there's been no interactions between the FL and SML, but so far, i like the early romance between the ML and FL.

I think my point on how SML's are preferred is perfectly demonstrated in the kdrama Strong Girl Namsoon. I've just started it, but if you read the comments, there's so much support for the SML even though he's evil, a drug lord, and kills people. They even shipped him with the FL over the ML. Just imagine if that character was the SFL😱 The hate she would've received. So, how's the chemistry, interactions, and romance between the ML and FL?
