Don't listen to MincefireStorm. There are at least 2 love triangles. A SML likes and pursues the FL, and a SFL likes the ML. She's a childhood friend of the ML, but she comes later in the show after the leads have established their relationship.

It's ok, boring at times and the slow burn didn't make it any better.

Of course there's a love triangle. Did you forget the ML's friend with feelings for his wife pursuing her for around 5 or 6 episodes? And then there's the ML's childhood friend that likes him. Why are you lying?
