Japanese dramas are my way of escaping the madness of modern expectations of gender and gender roles.

Yeah, the ML is a simp. It's obvious, and I'm not surprised because that's just the times we live in. Modern men are more feminine than ever before, and they're simping at an alarming rate. Gone are the good days of real men like Arnold Schwarzenneger, Sylvester Stallone, Jean Claude Van Damme, Chuck Norris, and many more.

Why is it so bad to have a weak FL? Why are now FL's expected to be strong, masculine, independent, not needing a man for help, support, or anything for that matter? Why can't we sometimes appreciate feminine women and masculine men indulging in their original gender roles?

So you want badass, strong, masculine women? Then expect weak, feminine, submissive male characters degrading themselves by embarrassingly simping to women indefinitely.

There's more to it than we think. Why would the FL, a top star actress accept a role where she dies in the beginning with minimal screentime?

I don't understand why Japanese dramas are rated so low. I don't think I've come across one rated higher than 8. I'll check out the other drama you recommend with this FL.

I have no problem with the points you made. So again, what's the issue with lo_ve reporting the news? Did lo_ve mention that the celebrity is guilty? You see, all these crazy idol worshipping fans throw all logic out the window when there's news involving a celebrity. If a story claims allegations are true or false without evidence, then you're right it's wrong. But in no way did this post on MDL claim the celebrity is guilty of bullying. Therefore, the original comment by roddib insulting lo_ve or any other members throwing insults is unnecessary and inappropriate.

Bullying will never end. There's no way to completely stop bullying. So then, what do you want to happen if a celebrity is or once was a bully? Do you want to ignore it and not inform anyone of it so that celebrity can continue working, earning millions of dollars, thinking they can get away with bullying? Or do you believe there's not a single celebrity out there that was once a bully? Should a celebrity be punished if it's proven they're a bully? Or do you believe celebrities have immunity? So, who is allowed to report the news of bullying?

How about thanking lo_ve for updating us on the news instead of insulting him/her. Whether the allegations are true or false, it doesn't matter, lo_ve is simply reporting what's been shared by the agency. They're not making it all up. It's already been reported. What if the bullying accusations are indeed true? Are you still going to disregard and ignore the victims while protecting your precious celebrity?

Yep, it's true. They both did really well. I'm not going to be biased and judge by their looks. They're both attractive and both good actors. I don't understand some opinions hating on a character because they're too beautiful to be around their precious handsome ML. It's like the ML is theirs and how dare a beautiful woman hangs around him. I've watched a few of these short dramas recently. Sometimes, it's a good change from the longer drawn-out dramas. The romance is quick and straight to the point. And don't get me started on the Japanese dramas. I don't understand why some of these women complain about wanting a strong masculine FL when they know the FL will be cute, innocent, weak, naive, and submissive. That's just how Japanese dramas are made. If they don't like it, don't watch it.

It's amazing you found romance after episode 2 because i couldn't see any.

Nah, boring. Dropped at episode 23. Romance in the first 2 episodes, and that's it. 0 Romance after that. Even after they're finally together 0 romance. Investigation here, Investigation there, Investigation everywhere. Romance needs to be removed from the tags. It's misleading.

Yes they get together around episode 6/7. The breakup is small, it happens in the last episode and they make-up towards the end of the last episode.

Just finished. Overall i think it was good. If you're halfway through, i think it's worth it to finish.
