The best thing is literally the best thing. I had stopped watching cdramas for almost two years because they just were not appealing to me. I decided to restart with The First Frost but dropped that after a few episodes. Then came along The Best Thing and was I so happy. No immature leads, no dragging on of disagreements, adult way of dealing with issues, fantastic ending, I could go on and on. This was just a fantastic drama from beginning to end. I was kinda holding my breath during each episode saying to myself, no silliness please. And there was none. I really applaud the writer/writers of this drama and will be looking for other dramas they might have written. My score for music is that because even though I don't speak Chinese, I was dancing along to the music and trying to imitate the words. I could go on reviewing but it would be too long. Will definitely be rewatching and recommending to my friends.

Well done drama

I have to say, this drama is right up there with the best for this year so far. I wondered which drama I could rate as just as good as or better than When the phone rings. This is it. The courtroom cases are realistic, the acting is top class and the emotions are really well put over. This is one that makes the week seems so long and twelve episodes seem kinda short. Nevertheless, I am so pleased with the writership and the maturity shown in this drama. Believe it or not, this is the first drama that I rewatch over and over until the next episode comes along. I am hoping it continues like this and up to this point, I would highly recommend it.

Ending

I keep saying that these writers don't know how to end a drama. I'm tired of the nonsense endings. I enjoyed this drama tremendously. Story was good, acting great. It could have easily given a ten, but I got the type of ending I hate. How could such a good drama be written and then you are left bewildered trying to figure out the ending. I literally hung on to the very end, fingers crossed, hoping that he shows up. So disappointed in the ending. But I would rewatch but only up to half way in the final episode. I was chanting, strong ending, strong ending but...... And I would recommend.

Worst picture award

This drama is so stupid. It defies anything resembling common sense. How someone could write such nonsense and get away with it is beyond me. The acting is horrible, the storyline is nonsense and nothing about this is believable. I watched four episodes hoping for the best but I can't continue to torture myself. Good luck to anyone who feels differently. You are entitled to your opinion. Don't get me started on the police investigation. I've never seen such stupidity. It's an insult to the deductive skills detectives should have. How can you make them look so dumb and call that writing? If any one knows a good Philipine series please let me know. This was my first and it has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
