At least her character was toned down a lot in the last 2 episodes. I absolutely loathed her in the beginning, but didn't mind her in the last few episodes.

Wow! This is a first, couldn't even make it through the first episode. I swear they are just getting worse. I love Filipino bl stories btw, many of which have far less money than this studio obviously does, but they seem to do more with what they do have.

Pretty sure AI could come up with better dialogue / stories. There is Filipino film making from not rich companies / amateurs that offer far superior plots, even when their sound / film quality are not the best. I'm guessing Xion Lim is just rich and very ego driven with a certain group of friends he has to keep giving work to...

My fave Filipino BL's: Love at the end of the World (great production values and story), A Story to Remember (some iffy sound issues), Beach Bros (just one gay sub plot but fun to watch), Si Andy Lauren O Peng (kind'a low budget but fun) and Cheat (kind'a supernatural BL).

Ok, the manic laughter from the 2 bad guys did make me laugh - as in how bad their acting was (and I can't usually see bad acting) but wow, they notched it up to 11! whilst ep4 shares the exact same plot points for bl and gl in one go - leave in a huff then kiss / fsck and have exes for both turn up to create cheap conflict in the next few episodes...
Could'a been a nice slow 10 ep burn of the relationships building up but nah... I'm fully expecting bad guy 1 (the one who is stalking the radio interviewee) help find her suddenly missing Chuckchuck, Jelai to continue to ham it up in all his scenes then Kim will turn up in ep 8 or 9 to create and run a fashion show that all the main characters will model in.
I like Tim Tuppil and he's now literally the only reason I'm still watching and tho' I do quite like the 4 main protaganists it seems like Xion has to overload the story with secondary characters (none of whom are as funny as they think they are) and terrible plot points (really, you gave up your mums business as collateral to the well known evil boy of the island to borrow money you couldn't pay back then refused to face him and allowed the new vlogger visitor to help dig you out!) - wt actual f...
I do like the horses tho' and Junjun looks good riding Beauty (but hey, maybe give him a character arc more than just 'he has a big schlong' and what promises to be a really ditzy ex girlfriend).

Edit: Tim is not saving the show (episode 5). I'm out.

Glad to see Tim Tuppil getting a starring role, just shame it's a Xion production. Thankfully no Chukchuk (yet!), but I'll watch anything he's in and just fast forward thru the rest, tho I kind'a like the GL characters...

Should'a lost the Copy shop / basketball / cafe storylines and made Night (guy who gets a part-time job in the cafe) the third part of the triangle between the two best friends (cause he's just too cute natch). Kind'a enjoyed it anyway. Solid 7.5 for me.

Only watched 4 episodes so far and really enjoying it, nice to see Ohm playing opposite someone other than Fluke (only seen him in 'Between Us' 'Until we Meet Again' and 'Room 609'), he plays the tortured soul so well :) Actually welled up (only a tiny bit) when he meets the grandmother...

Y'know, I was kind'a enjoying this (3 eps in) til I read this - my gods, that damn song!!! never noticed it before, lol... I think there was some rushed editing in the show, and some of those Uni scenes - WT actual F? Could've cut them all out and it wouldn't have made a difference to the story.

Oxin? Did you write this show? This show was terrible, production was worse, story was weak af. It was total character assassination with all of them. And Filipino bl is my favourite but I'm done with Oxin, I hated Chuckchuck in season 1, hated Jelai and Chuckchuck in season 2, hated Jelai and Chuckchuck and Kim in season 3. I hope all those actors find far better production companies in the future... ✌️

If you loved season 2 you might enjoy this one. I didn't and it felt like all the characters took stupid pills but the one bright ray of sunshine, the Chukchuk missing / kidnapped storylines finally got put to rest (tho' there's still one more episode to go)... ;)

Also, this was still Iris / Lorraines 'first' date and on their second meeting they're declaring everlasting love (are you ok, I'm moving to Canada, I love you, I'm not going) with each other whilst their uni chums clap and cheer (just cringe inducing). Whoever the writer is needs to learn about timelines, they had 13 episodes to tell Iris' story but managed to cram it all into a 20 minute side plot.

I'm actually enjoying it but dear gods, the sound quality is actually worse than that other low budget Filipino studio (where they all seem to live on the same stretch of river (canal / waterway? of some description) - which I also enjoy, so I guess heart 'n soul beats sound production :) Solid 7.5 for me.

Fifth and Zeke move in together and hire Ms Becky as their housekeeper (she comes with Chukchuk), who then gets lost (again) for 6 episodes - and the head throwing background waitress from Thailand turns out to be her daughter and desperately looks for the camera in every scene.
Jelai is also in it, a lot!
I may just give it a miss...

Oxin, please, please, please lose Jailo, Ms Becky and f'king Chuckchuck. They are the worst of the worst gay stereotypes - esp Ms Beckies rampant over acting and annoying falsetto voice... I like the boys tho (in this Boy Love romcom) even if the story is pretty weak - what, they lost the gd dog AGAIN!!!
