I hope the idealistic people in this comment section know that there is more domestic violence in LGBTQ relationships than straight relationships and one of the reasons is internalized homophobia. So this drama is raw and realistic. Nut was written as a flawed character.

He is a victim and a perpetrator. Just as some of the bullies were victims and became perpetrators.

Jong Suk can be annoying but I don’t get the comments hating him. He was a severely abused child who made a bad decision. His mind suppressed the truth all these years but not now the memories are coming back. I feel bad for his character because as a child he was braver than Kyung Min and stood up for his friends.

Even Kyung min was messed up. Children should not be talking about falling heroes etc. And the child bullies were too evil to be real.

And why did Cheolie bring up suicide and mess up their already traumatized brains?.

Jong Suk as a child was insensitive not to even think about Cheolie’s mother but children can be insensitive. They don’t see beyond themselves or the present. Little problems seem insurmountable to them.

BUT I DON’T GET WHY AS AN ADULT HE IS ACTING SO RIGHTEOUS. The best thing would have been to excuse himself from the case.
