Yes, thank you for all the information. Ok I understand, because I can speak some Chinese. However In my eyes, if an actor does not use his voice, he should be considered to receive any awards , because his voice is very important to judge his acting skills.( nothing against the actor you mentioned as I don’t even know him )

Yes, it is very difficult to get rid of our accent, even my phonetics teacher at my university spoke with a very strong accent, 😅

Thanks 😊 I guess the fines are not too high enough , as I heard that actors don't have to use their voices when they pay some fine . At least her voice is pleasant in this . . It's a bit of a pity , because how to evaluate completely the skills of an actors , if they dont use their voice
