Any bets on the role of the as-yet unseen character 'London'? Will he also refer to Gav as 'Babe' and insist they're just friends, or will he maybe be Gav's homophobic best friend?
I sense he will be a disrupter of some sort, like Pearl. Once the guys meet in person they'll have to keep some dramatic tension going.
Do you mind telling me how it ends... Seeing the comments I am not too keen to watch it... I know that a girl…
The girl from the past insinuates herself into the picture and Tine starts to feel threatened. There's this really sad scene where the two of them are in bed together, side by side and not even close to touching, and Sarawat just rolls over with his back to Tine and goes to sleep while Tine sits listening to music being sad. I can't remember entirely but I think he's crying.
Then like on the next day Tine sees the girl and Sarawat hugging. He leaves the scene and has a Big Cry, almost like a breakdown. Sarawat knows he's been caught but doesn't chase after Tine to explain, he just freezes there with the girl and watches after him with those sunken eyes of his.
Tine moves out of their apartment and Sawarat makes no effort to talk to him about what happened. The only time they speak is when Sawarat drops by where Tine is living and asks for the guitar back.
Tone-deaf about relationships to the bitter end, Sarawat hopes that Tine will show up at a music contest where he (Sawarat) will be performing and by doing so show that he still loves him. (No apologies from Sarawat about what happened with the girl, mind you, although there is a corny little speech that he makes on stage.)
This is what sets up their reconciliation, and while Scrub performs a song they celebrate their reunion with the now-infamous high-five. Roll the credits.
The director and screenwriter for this garbage should never be allowed to touch a BL again.
Not sure why so many are trashing this series. All the BL series are full of cliches, questionable plots, and…
I wouldn't have minded an unrealistic portrayal of sexuality, but we got was no portrayal of sexuality except maybe "I want to touch your boobs." It looked like the guys had no physical desire for one another or even liked being touched.
coming back here after watching WYEL, SarawaTine ending could have been like that! Like if yall gonna use tropes…
GMMTV needs to get out of the BL business. They're killing it with fear of intimacy and homophobic actors.
Based on the films and series on GagaOOlala, there is much more BL coming out of South Korea than I thought. And almost every one of them that I've watched on there shows a level of physical intimacy that I've never seen in a Thai BL.
OKAY WHO OF YOU ADDED THE CENSORED ROMANCE HASHTAG! This is the second drama in the results of censored romance…
I submitted the "Bromance" tag after so many people on here agreed that this is a bromance. One of the mods proceeded to tell me (a gay guy) that I am wrong: 2gether is a legitimate representation of an LGBT relationship.
I honestly thought that tags on here are meant to be voted on by the community at large and not decided on by the mods. If I'd submitted a stupid one like "cooking show" then I'd understand why she confronted me, but instead it came off as a power trip.
This series is more about bromance than it is about a gay relationship. I know what a gay relationship is because I'm in one and so are a lot of my friends lol.
After avoiding this drama ever since it ended I finally went back to rewatch the final episode yesterday. I think the first (and only other) time I watched it, I was so anxious from wondering about Yu Xi Gu's fate that I didn't pay close attention.
Well, as much as I despise what that final episode did to the series and to the HIStory franchise, I have to say that in that final episode Wayne Song delivered a truly outstanding performance. It's a shame that this got buried in all the outcry over the terrible ending, and I feel bad personally that I waited so long to give it another chance.
So you think a BL ending with a high five is similar terrible as a BL where one of the guys dies at the end? Made…
And I just have to say: Thank you for all your translating today ... you gave comfort to everyone who has to wait for the Eng subs. Really appreciate it!

No they're not the same but they're equally clueless as to what audiences expected. I think MODC was trying to be "arty" while 2GTHR was trying to ... well, I don't know really haha.
Not as great as the second episode (my favorite episode out of the three episodes) but Episode 3: Strangers Online…
What bothers me about Pearl is that she hasn't established a proper distance from Gav now that they're not dating anymore. I'm friends with one of my exes and I *never* refer to him by an endearment like that, especially in front of someone who I know he's interested in.
When an ex does that, especially in front of a new love interest for a former bf, it subtly says 'He and I have a history, and I'm close to him in a way you're not yet.'
She tells Gav that his bfs always think she's a threat, which tells me she's been acting like this for a while.
That said, I doubt that the writers really mean to imbue the character with this much complexity. The "Babe" thing was probably there just to create a cliffhanger.
Joining your site has been my best move all year ... keep up the good work!
I can only guess but here's a couple of possibilities.
1. There are lots of different moderators patrolling the pages and they each have their own idea of what's allowed. I've run into only one of them regarding a tag I submitted for a series and she seemed to have quite a sense of self-importance.
2. MDL gets money from ads and the mod who deleted the comment here might have thought that GagaOOlala was getting free advertising even though I don't think that was their intent.
The fact that this short series had so much impact proves that applying the traditional elements of Kdrama to BL will revolutionize BL

There's a rumor of a director's cut movie version in the works. I hope that's true!
