I've never really liked the Type character. The dinner scene confirmed why he's a shady guy. Plus the guy who's his boss -- the one who took such delight in picking on Man -- is a creep who's hitting on the intern.

Starting out, I loved it and would rewatch the early episodes. I told my friends to watch too. But now I watch because it's like driving past someone who drove their big, flashy, expensive car off the road.
It's very popular and is probably #1, but I guarantee that GMMTV has not failed to notice the gigantically negative reaction to this week's episode. Who am I being disrespectful to, exactly? You? The broadcasters? Bright? The people who run this site? Please let me know who I should apologize to for having an opinion and wanting to express it.
I was anticipating this show like no other, and it has been frustrating for me to see it disintegrate into a lame bromance. It had so much potential -- gorgeous lead actors, big budget, and what sounded like an awesome storyline.
At first I loved it. It seemed to be the series that had been promised in the trailers. I rewatched the early episodes multiple times and even edited a couple of clips to share with friends who aren't into dramas. My own rating for the show at that time was up there -- might have been a 9.0 but was certainly no lower than 8.5.
Then, episode by episode, it became clear that this is a series that is hostile toward any m/m intimacy that goes beyond a hug or a pat on the head. It's bizarre. The relationship it depicts would be more appropriate between a geriatric couple who've been married for 40 years, not two college-aged males.
So, I'm a disillusioned fan and yes, I'm angry. And I admit that while I've disliked several other dramas in the past, I've never gotten this heated about them - I just dropped them. But this one has betrayed me. I can't wait for it to be over, but I also want the people who perpetrated this mess to know that they've pissed off me as well as many other fans.
If we say it loud enough, maybe they won't continue making bromances that masquerade as BLs, so I'm sure you'll see a lot more comments in the coming days that aren't too flattering. Maybe a miracle will happen next Friday and the finale will be glorious, but the high expectations I had five months ago are now as low as they go.
