Tonnam is my favorite, and it seems that he and Phupha are more than supporting characters since they get a lot of screen time.
Meanwhile there's Mangkorn and Mawin, or rather, there isn't. At this point we should send out a search party for those two. I was really looking forward to their enemies-to-lovers scenes, since Mangkorn seems particularly pent up and ready to let it out on Mawin. Roaarrrr!!
Assuming that Kita's assignment for the evil boss is to get close to Namo for some kind of sabatoge, with that pinkie-promise we're all set now for the fur to fly when Nathee sees it going down.
i can't help but feel like this show would be exactly the same if you removed the twin aspect and just had sprite…
Now that the actual Zee is all better I'm hoping he'll get into some adventures of his own, maybe by becoming involved with one of Sprite's enemies on the Jujitsu team. For now, though, you're right: the twin aspect is more or less a gimmick, and it has so much potential for expanding the story.
This one has hit its stride and things are happening. I think the side stories have been nicely developed and the main story is finally kicking into gear.
(And can I say that Sprite/"Zee" was such a Golden Retriever puppy in this episode!)
We're only 2/3 finished and it looks like the real Zee becomes a factor next week. (Unless that shot of him watching from the doorway will come at the very end of the next episode.)
Sorry to all the haters but this one is sweet and fun, and after a somewhat rough start it has settled into a pleasant groove. I'm starting to trust the writers not to mess it up as they bring it in for a landing. That's probably a little reckless of me, sure, but I guess I'm just in a Friday mood.
Complain as I might about the pacing and some puzzling details, I think this was at least a sincere attempt to tell a deep and compelling story. I can sense that the production team cared about the characters and wanted to do right by them.
The young actors especially did an amazing job. For me the series would have been worth watching just for them. Can't wait to see what they do next.
After seeing "Zee"/Sprite naked, the boys experience a sudden open-mindedness to being friends with him. When First notices this bonding taking place he faces up to his own feelings. 😉
Just a thought, but what were we supposed to infer from the team's reaction to seeing Sprite/"Zee" naked? (I guess they've never showered after one of those exhausting practices?)
First seemed a bit impressed, so maybe it was the one last thing he needed to break down the wall between them haha.
I'm hoping he will follow through with his threat to impersonate Sprite with the jujitsu team, then end up with one of the thugs who wanted to have him beat up. The series would be giving us a unique double helping of enemies-to-lovers.
I wonder if Tom will visit his mom at the hospital at the same time "Zee" is visiting there too. He might be the first one to discover the big twin deception.

It was so funny that they did that scene without a cat. I wonder if they started out with one but had to rethink it because the cat wouldn't cooperate.
Gosh, they handled that reunion so nicely! I even found older Suansoon's acting more appealing in this episode.
Older Ongsa is still the better actor, though. He does a great job of channeling the mannerisms of the younger version, although my favorite one has yet to appear, which is when he says "Kahp!" with a big grin while lifting his hand to his head, palm facing outward.
The story moves slowly, but I enjoy the performances of the young leads and at least we didn't get the Episode 11 curse.
