lol the rating went down the hill fast 😂 after some episodes are aired, someone please tell me if there is…
There's at least one -- Kim's ex and his new bf look like they're going to be part of the story. There's also the housekeeper's son Baiboon, who couldn't take his eyes off one of Kamol's bodyguards. Baiboon is listed as the first supporting role after the main cast so I think we'll be seeing a lot of him.
Kan really stood out in "Brothers" ... what a beautiful man.
And it's great to see Noh again. In the teaser Mr. Hot Body checked out the goods when they were both in the gym showers so maybe that will lead to something.
I am actually more interested about the bodyguards than the two main couples...I think that is a bad thing? 😒
This is a little off-topic but I can't resist.
If you'd enjoy a younger-older story about someone falling in love with their bodyguard, check out the book "Valor on the Move" by Kiera Andrews. It's sweet and sexy and has one of funniest scenes I've ever read in a novel.
You know a couple of episodes in and it's not bad but it's not good either. It's kind of sat at the 'Meh' stage…
For me it looks like it will be a Guilty Pleasure, taking over that job from "Rainbow Prince" a few months ago. The main couple's BDSM is total cringe but the two side couples have a lot of potential.
I do wish they'd made it a parody instead of trying to create a convincing mafia BDSM story (the term "mafia BDSM story" almost generates the comedy on its own), but you can't have everything.
LOL ... so far Kamol kills at least one person per episode. That one thug was about to sing like a canary but they told him "too late" and instead put two bullets in him. And I thought the housekeeper was a goner when she gave Kamol the glass of water, like it would be the wrong temperature or something and "Bang!!".
My favorite line: the bodyguard telling Kim through his closed door, "You know, my boss likes you. You don't have to be so hard on him." What a great wing man!
Blooper at 37:16: Kamol is on his private jet flying to South Korea and puts on his sunglasses to look out the window. In the sunglasses you can see the reflection of the grass and trees just outside the plane.
Kim's ex and his new boy are both hot, but when the shot of them in bed suddenly cut to the closeup of Kim ugly-crying I nearly jumped out of my chair.
And the housekeeper's son couldn't take his eyes off the bodyguard, so we now have two side couples to look forward to.
That is mostly because Vee is very possessive as a character, so even if by this point he is subconsciously choosing…
But based on one of your other comments it's more the "book" Vee who does it to teach Mark a lesson, right? Because in this series version of the story it seems to me that Vee is attracted to Mark from the start and is actually jealous that Mark would be obsessed with Bar.
When you read the books, you will notice the drama made some noteable changes. I believe the director's cut will…
I like your non-judgmental way of thinking. When we're young we make a lot of mistakes due to immaturity, but hopefully we learn from them and try never to repeat them.
I mean, if you think about it, if Vee would cheat on Ploy then why wouldn't he eventually cheat on Mark? Vee has a lot of work to do in proving he is trustworthy.
Fluffiness has its place but I don't think it can sustain an entire series.
Is it a good idea to watch 'en of love' before starting this, or does it not matter?
I'd actually say it's better not to watch it at all, since this is a redo of the same story with higher production values, better acting, better script, and less childish musical score.
Episode 3 brought to the fore just how toxic shipping culture is. Vee and Ploy are young and obviously they succumbed…
Whenever YouTube tries to serve me up an FMV of just about any kind I respond by telling it not to recommend that channel anymore. Most FMVs are poorly done clickbait.
But it must be said that the production companies do their share to promote imaginary couples. A few days ago I got an email from GMMTV selling "Joong and Dunk" merchandise, complete with pics of the guys draped on each other. They know how to follow the money.
We're all imperfect people and make mistakes. The hope is that we learn from the mistakes and never repeat them.Vee…
Even though Mark was very drunk I find it hard to believe that he'd mistake Vee for Bar for more than a split second. At worst I think he'd be unsure where he was or why he was with Vee.
I thought the drunken scene in "Cutie Pie", where a wasted Kuea is in the back seat of the car with Lian and keeps accusing Lian of being a look-alike rather than the real person, was a little more believable.
Maybe I just haven't been around super-drunk people enough lol
I loved seeing "Hormones" listed here. It was the very first Asian drama(s) I ever watched. My life hasn't been the same since. Many of its stars have gone on to do great work in other series.Just last week I went looking for it on Netflix again but alas it was no longer there.
"Hikaru no Go" is a bromance on two levels -- a boy and a ghost, and two boys who start out as childhood rivals but eventually become one another's greatest source of support. It is one of my all-time favorites.
I might tease my little brother and make a few jokes at his expense, but that doesn't mean you can just go and rough him up.

I'm going to keep watching. It's campy fun.
Well, I like to think that anyway! lol

It looks like it will be "younger pursuing older" so that should take a wee bit of the edge off for the puritans among us. ;)

One character I'm glad they disposed of completely is the "gossip girl" Dew Dely.
