i love how Uk shows how he feels about all things hes doing for this girl without even showing us any flashbacks to mudeok. i know he has them. i feel like i know whats in his head
The yellow tint not only looks awful but racist as well. In American shows as well, whenever they show non developed…
they choose colors based on stereotypes.my country imports a lot of turkish dramas so i know turkey isnt yellow and i noticed that. maybe their idea was to make it look more arabic? but couldn't film in an aabic country? film industry in general likes to tint places to suit the narrative they want to show. eastern europe is always commies and super green like ita fuckin chernobyl explosion lmao
i am liking this and also not liking it at the same time. one more episode and i shall see if i continue. i have a few weird reasons why i extra dislike the show like siwon looking greasy all the time and dahee wearing colors that definitely dont suit her. tho i like the mature vibe but at the same time...ehh??
just finished it, loved it.wonky on some places but enjoyable watch. the thing about this drama though for me is that i fell in love with both qianfan and chi pan lmao. i could do them both. xD
Oh yeah.....He should really change his company. I don't know when was his last drama that was a commercial hit.…
i think he really overworked himself with k2 and then enlisted(noot sure if thats the correct timeline) but i remember reading something about healer then k2, he also did whirlwind girl and it all just being too much prep and lots of injury so he opted ouf ot action dramas which is sad because he was very good at playing wounded protector characters with deep emotions and then the projects he chose after they just didnt sit right with me anymore. this is probably the first drama after all that where i feel his true talent and capability is coming out again. he is very emotionally expressive when he acts and rom coms just arent it.
that sucks because i was kinda like that too first few eps then i stuck it out because every ep reminded me of something good in my life and ass eps progress and ml changes it really warms you up somehow idk. its like watching someone dear to you fight through their shit and grow as a person and you cant help but root for them. also i love the very realistic toxic relationship shown and how relapses happen while healing but again we are reminded there are always people who care around us.
but i don't think she will just a supporting role for 10 episodes, i think it's just a cameo for one or two episodes
i honestly would love for hr to be bu yeon in s2 and play her character. would love to see her and naksu together maybe even bicker about time spent together in one body lol
i have long wanted a drama with a typical korean gangster main lead. with the funny silky shirts and lots of dirty money. in taxi driver the ML did an amazing job playing that swindler chinese guy and i was like i need a drama like this and seems like the premise is here with my fave jcw. i like the shallow front he shows everyone but then his emotions slip out. jcw is by far my favorite actor,i love how emotionally expressive he is so im waiting to see how this plays out. hes playing a very complex character here so i can understand why people may find it boring.
Im glad to see i wasnt the only one feeling weird about the romance between the leads.it just doesn't work for me. Iam enjoying the rest of fhe drama though.
whats with seo yea ji's make up? she looks like a ghost from the white powder on her face and its not even nice
yeah not liking the look in the drama.everything she wears and makeup makes her look almost alien like and washed out ghostly. maybe they want her to look devoid of life and emotion and super dramatic in some very sharp oversized lines but it just doesnt work. i cant honestly say i like how she looks in any scene lol
jo tae seop's character is so well portrayed that in scenes where he is tie less and filmed up close i feel like i know how he smells. especially all dinner scenes. he never has a tie.idk if its because his texture is seen well on his skin but i swear i can smell him through the screen lol
i am so happy i watched this drama, so so happy. i enjoyed every episode ToT i honestly first didnt consider it but it was the pink hair that got me into it and let me tell you as a profesional hairstylist- they have absolutely nailed Goo Ryuns hair.i dont recall an episode with any roots nor did her hair ever have hot roots or looked bad. i am impressed haha
