Looking at my Watchlist you might notice I'm rather stingy with my ratings, compared to others.  Many people seem to give 9s and 10s to almost everything they watch.  Not me.  To me, an average drama that I enjoy is a 7 or 7.5.  It has to be better than average to earn a higher rating.  I reserve the 9.5s and 10s for only the best of the best.
