Just finished the ep 1 it was excellent
The atmosphere feels lively
The cinematography was eye crushing it was stunning
The acting is on point you can tell how their expression and behavior changes
From ep 1 Chang yu looks like she is strong,kind,sad and silly girl
Xie Zheng looks like he have serious personality with kind heart with many secrets.
My favorite scene was when xie Zheng take a look on her and her expression and sitting style changes that was soo good and the ost on the last scene was luminous
Hands down one of the best first ep from cdramas

Thx april already have way too many rumoured dramas so let see hopefully we get this one

People who are not watching this drama bcz of mdl rating are seriously missing out ignore the ratings they dont represent this drama

I dont usually stop in middle I never start the drama or finish it until the end even if its bad so yeh I will criticize untill the end I started this drama bcz yi ran usually picks good scripts and I liked bao from youthful glory otherwise I would not have started this shi*

Yeh chasing jade definitely gonna overshadow other dramas its been months since we got this much hype

People were saying novel is good and I believed them without reading myself lmfao this drama is awful and biggest disappoinment of 2026

1) mf were saying fl love him too but after 25 eps where the bond should have been stronger then ever and somehow fl believed her master was right that he is the demon even before fl writing is soo terrible

2)cai pingshu the whole story revolved around her whatever Great thats done on earth has her name everything is connected to her everyone likes her. Its a cringe fest for everyone if someone thinks its not cringe then you are reatar***

3) "push and pull" looks good when they manage to keep the tension btw leads here ml is freak and fl is dumb and annoying and they have done it way too many times now

3) another cringe fest zhao everyone likes her in sect have a fiance and ml who only likes her and stay away from other girls only ml is doing the chasing until now and I dont think it will change and here I am to believe fl also like him

4 ) ml is poisoned cultivated the ziwei method if somehow they mange to give happy ending now I am calling it ai slop
Even ai can write better then this medicore slop if it rlly happen

Gotta rewatch this masterpiece no cdrama or kdrama is toping this masterpiece for me personally

The problem it was cute at the start now its irritating.yeh she was smiling but thats all she also have put the sword on his neck and bleed him. Holding hand was literally the proof of one sided love it was him who was trying to hold hand. Like its basically a lame writing if female didn't let anyone near her. It was same for him.
It was cute in early eps now its medicore slop also don't get wrong I like bao

Idk I think in love story in 1970 the ml are living together

I have been saying this from the very start romance is one sided fml dont even show even a little affection example in ep 20 when he asked about the dice she simply lied wtf like female incapable of showing love? Only ml is obsessed freak? Mf ruined the drama for me by adding cliche love triangle jealous etc

Bc I am a fan of tragedy endings they kinda stay with you forever happy ending wont stay for more then two days

Hope the director turn the ending into sad one tho its very unlikely
