Dont think the trafficker plotline is fully solved actually i think Ma Kui giving the blind man Niu Da Li business…
That’s a bit stretching it 😂 I’m glad they didn’t do that in the drama because it would be too dramatic. By that time Niu Dali is not in contact with Yao Yuling anymore. DNA tech isn’t developed yet. There is no basis for Ma Kui to even think that blind man’s daughter is YYL.
have yet to start watching this - is there any mystery / suspense element?
It’s more slice of life mixed with many petty crime-solving that eventually lead to a few major cases. The emphasis is on character development and not on the crime itself but it’s definitely a very good drama.
First I cried then I laughed. 😮💨 What a roller-coaster ride of emotions! I’m so happy the 2 little families became one happy family. Now we just need Dr Shen to untie her knot & tie THAT knot 🤣! About the cases: 1) That child kidnapper never aged since 1968?! Man, I’m just as frustrated as the poor blind man. 2) I’m still suspicious of Jia Jinlong's business. I suspect he’s the drug dealer in Hacheng. 3) What about the serial killer? No news at all for years.
If Ma Kui does not forgive and move on the whole story is pointless. As police officer he believes in giving offenders…
I agree with you. They wouldn’t end the story without resolving the biggest knot in their hearts. Ma Kui’s wife had also told him to make peace with Wang Yongge on her deathbed. The drama is called Always on the Move so it’s finally up to Ma Kui to let go of the past after Wang Yongge surrendered to the police in order for everyone to move on in life. I think in today’s episode, Ma Kui will see how his unwillingness to forgive will ultimately hurt the 2 young people he cares about the most. After WYG confessed and surrendered, there’s no point to pass the pain to the next generation.
i really hate when the kids get the blame for the actions of their parents (wang xin had to suffer through this…
I feel so bad for Wangxin. He’s the biggest victim in this. Mayan could blame Wang Yongge but what could Wangxin do? He’s innocent in all these. My heart breaks for him when Makui & Mayan somehow blamed him too 😭 It’s tragic for everyone but I dunno, I feel that at the very least, Mayan still had a mom but if Wang Yongge told the truth(which he should) Wangxin would have no one at all. It isn’t equal imo. I can’t blame WYG entirely for choosing to be selfish although I understand Makui and Mayan’s anger. The only thing is WYG should’ve confessed much earlier when Wangxin has become an adult.
I mean, aesthetically, the show looked good, and the actors did a great job with what they were given. If they…
I was the one who liked all 3 MLs & they all ended up as a ‘whatever whoever’ 😪. I need to remember the scriptwriter’s name. I’ll think twice before watching their next work.
Hopefully 🙏 ! They usually release at the same time over here unless Tencent sold the airing rights to some local platforms but I couldn’t find where either.

It started with a good balance of lightheartedness & intensity. I remember myself praising the drama for this. But after they went back to Shengdu to meet the emperor, the drama took on a different vibe. Like it suddenly turned into an epic drama-wannabe but had no idea how. The drama became Shang Yizhi if you know what I mean.
Thanks but if I use VPN I’m not sure if the app would even work with my account 🤔 I found a way to watch it but there’s no sub. So I’m gonna have to focus harder when I watch it 😅
