Title Where the Mask Ends Spoiler
In the middle of ep19, and I'm starting to wonder, is the emperor's edict a joke here? Han Liao was clearly warned…
it’s like nobody takes the emperor seriously. not even the emperor himself. 🤷🏻♀️

Watching Ep 11, how did Lady Li realize that the girl she thought was her daughter in the palace is Ah Chou and not Wei Rao?? Or according to Ah Chou she knew that this day(them wanted to get rid of her) would come the moment they met in the palace. How did she know?

can someone spoil me what is the role of Tan Jian Ci?
He plays Chen Renxiang, an opera performer and is also a friend of the ML. Love his character too.

Title A Prophet
I like this drama, it’s not as serious and heavy as I had thought at first which I’m glad coz I’m watching dramas to relax and wind down at the end of a busy day. But…WHO is the real Shangguan Chengming? Shifu told grandmaster that he had seen him before but have WE the viewers seen him before? 🤔 I hope they make S2.

Title A Prophet
How do you tell? I can't, so it's a serious quesiton.
This is one of my worst nightmares and biggest fear as an illustrator, that my hand-drawn digital illustrations will be accused of being AI. I kept every sketch and layers I drew for this reason but who’s gonna ask before they judge? 😪

Mind sharing why? I do like that her final act is to write about her Shen Family.

Same thoughts. Having Jin Qi and Lan Xiang reincarnated at the end part would have been great too but the drama…
For me, it’s the revelation that she’s Shen Jialan. I had wanted a bigger emotional payoff from the Lin Family. I didn’t want them to keep calling her a servant. That would be so satisfying 😂

This is the best drama of this year for me. It’s not perfect and I wish some parts were made better or differently, but overall I really love the characters, the relationship between them and the message of the story. Live well everyone!

just saw avenuex video lol she hates this drama so much its embarrassing imagine saying this drama is a waste…
I was so disgusted with her livestream and review on AtC. so utterly wrong but what’s worse are her minions who believed her blindly and wrote comments hating on the drama and characters, saying all the wrong things simply coz they didn’t watch or continue watching the drama.

Title The Long Watch
I don’t think she’s twisted. I think she’s just a clever but naive girl who gets caught within the network…
Keep watching. She has so much going on in her life and a very beautiful friendship with Jinlan.

I’m starting to feel a little impatient and honestly, quite bored with this drama now. The story isn’t really…
This is not a revenge drama but about living well, living a good life even if the world crashes down on the FL. Taking revenge will not achieve that. That’s why Against the Current is so good. It’s a different kind of drama.
