Totally agree. That's why I'm feeling defensive over this drama despite its shortcomings. It also doesn't help that a popular Youtuber criticized the fight scenes in her livestream despite admitting that she didn't watch the drama.

This is definitely more binge-worthy than SSoFV which I do like overall.

I had the same reaction as you with the first case. Felt it was a bit draggy but keep watching. After the 1st case it get becomes very enjoyable to watch. I binged through it all.

Wow I binged and finished this 🤣! Very satisfied with the ending. The 1st case was a bit draggy for me & at first I couldn’t stand Lu Lingfeng’s arrogance but then it got better & better. The drama’s brilliant in that it never fails to hook you into wanting to know what happens next. I watched this right after Side Story of Fox Volant(which was good too) & was hoping this one would be good. Not disappointed at all & now I want more. I was hoping to find out more about Chicken Fed’s backstory. What happened to him that caused him to live in the Ghost Market but the drama didn’t show that. Hopefully, they’ll have that in S2.

Really enjoying this drama. I’m only at Ep 27 but it’s funny how rigor mortis never sets in for the corpses 🤭

Finally this drama has come to an end. I shed some tears although I knew the ending for the FLs. Especially for CLS when she spoke her last words to HF I was really sad. I didn’t expect MRF to die coz I thought they might do a part 2 but guess not. When they showed an adult RL I felt sad too. My hero Miao, your daughter has grown so much 🥲 I love how TGN and SWC died a horrific painful death. But FKA is still alive 🙄 at least HF should shave off his eyebrows.

Chu Yu’s death is so sad especially when they showed his sister and daughter. I knew he’d die but it’s still sad…btw Shuna/Snow Maitreya’s CGI is so fake 🤣 creepy but so fake it’s kinda funny.
