I’m watching the drama for the first time and I have seen the scene after the hostage situation at the monastery but for the life of me I don’t recall when we first met Yang Xian’s character. Does anyone know if this was the first time we are seeing his character or if we have seen him before?

I am so confused as to what happened in ep 7, why did he have to retake the exams? What was the lawyer friend referring to as to why Dohee is like that? I think I wasn’t really able to get what was being inferred in those scenes. Please can someone kindly explain to me.

I’m glad that I’m not the only one who thinks that way. I think the drama is really good and I thoroughly enjoyed it but there were just so many moments that the girl was really getting on my nerves. The one that got me the most was that scene where she didn’t open up that file. Like if someone was insisting on me not opening up a file that could indicate that they were guilty of murdering my uncle, I would have opened it up. Like I could get her hesitation, she trusts this guy but it really was just a click of the button. That scene just pissed me off and I think the writers and directors could have done that way better. There is having trust in someone and there is stupidity, no matter how much I trust someone, if there is a file that could showcase that I would at least open it and decide whether to keep trusting them or not.
