As someone who can generally spot a plot twist from a mile away, kudos to the writers for actually catching me off guard at the end of ep 15 lmao… I mean I knew they couldn’t keep showing his original family for nothing but not like this!

Personal preference I guess? Nothing wrong with giving it a try, even if it is a slow burn romance

The first one that came into mind for a modern cdrama is Falling Into Your Smile, but if you’re ok with historical I really recommend Love Like The Galaxy for some good chem

For a split second when the “father” was chasing the bus and shota didn’t wave goodbye, I was holding my breath… but then he finally turns around and whispers “dad”…. Yeah that got me good. Despite everything that was a father and son. They were a family.

Oh gosh the ending…

Yeah I’m with a lot of people here who are saying that the last few episodes were a let down… I had a hopeful 9/10 rating until episode 28 or so. Now it’s more like a 7 :/ Still a fairly good drama but it had the potential to be so much better

Kim Goeun is such a fabulous actor, deserved! Also you know my boy Jinyoung had me sweating throughout 🥵

You know what? Even for its cheesiness and low(er) production value, this drama ain’t half bad! Solid 8/10 so far… which is better than most dramas I’ve been watching lately.

Impressively, this is one of the few dramas where I don’t mind the business jargon… I’m actually finding it interesting lol

Just thought I’d come back to say that this drama has been on my mind even months after I finished it. I’ve watched 260+ dramas but it’s one of the few that I can confidently give a 10/10.

Well this is one combo I never thought of! Both leads are great actors so I’ll be looking forward to it

I’ll give it 7.7/10… lots of great qualities but lacking in too many areas to be called a masterpiece. I don’t regret watching but at the same time I don’t think I’ll ever watch it again.

2 days til christmas carol drops in theaters, everyone who saw the premier were praising jinyoung!!! I can’t wait!

Okay so admittedly I watch this on 1.25x speed, or occasionally 2x speed as I do with a lot of dramas don’t ask, but even with that said I am really enjoying it. High quality production, good actors, no mega annoying characters… as far as modern cdramas go (and especially for the year 2022) this is definitely one of the better ones.
