Watch it and make your own judgement. I'm currently subbing this drama and I can tell you that it's very good. Take it with a grain of salt, but just try it for yourself ;-)
How do you arrest someone in their own apartment over drugs. Are they going house to house to see which ones have drugs? Someone must've reported her. I do think it's a harsh sentence. If she's been using that long, then she doesn't need jail, she needs help.
