Anyway PSA to anyone..uh..'cute' enough to really believe singto came back just for krist to 'save his career' or that this comeback is the company being nostalgic: You're entitled to the narrative that suits your delulu best. Krist is indeed cancelled by a lot ignorant toxic BL Stan and his last bl series, while a masterpiece, was just not bringing in the profits. But if you're going to twist FACTS like how thriving his career is outside BL, how he was even more booked and busy in the two or so years that singto left or how he's always on the right of P'Tha sataporn regardless of who he's paired with, we're going to have a problem. It does. But fair warning, the hazing is normal (or was) in Thai universities so it's never portrayed as bullying and till the end the series portrays it as something beneficial. I love this series but if it's too uncomfortable for you then it's better to drop it
Sigh, still have trauma from hardcore shippers being all kinds of irritating, delusional and disrespectful so I'm really hoping for a pebaca project instead of a cp' revival. Whatever happens though, krist seems to be focusing more on himself and his career so this time around it should be harder to reduce him to a shipping tool. There are many reasons. The negativity that came with dividing a 'pillar cp', the even harsher negavitivity that came with switching out one of the male leads, the fact that bl stans cancelled krist, both anti and cp stans boycotting the show, the lack of promotion, the fact that the series was a huge slap in the face for nayseyers, the fan service was way too tame to attract hardcore shippers, the list goes on. I believe everything worked out for the best. The bl market is almost over saturated, and even more hyped up series are no longer ensuring that the cos involved are as profitable or marketable as they used to be. Plus, the new jossgawin cp' seems very well received, and krist will hopefully get to take on more challenges with his acting and singing. I thought the company was planning on reviving ks but it seems it's more of a pebaca thing.
All in all, bmf is underrated but all is well that ends well I guess
