Me too! My best bet was on YD’s mum, Bong Nim, but a commenter here reminded me that BN is 59 while Chan Sik is 64. Strawberry is Grandma’s oldest child so BN is out now. Several commenters are now pointing at Hee’s mother. But Writer has not shown her mum onscreen yet....I strongly feel that it must be someone whom Writer has already shown onscreen.
What do you think?

BT, but the preview showed Eka hugging Grandma in the Gongs’ home after the DNA results proved she is indeed the granddaughter. I watched this episode on k i s s k h . m e. Eka could have produced a toothbrush used by the real but late Strawberry? Several commenters are now pointing Hee’s mother as Strawberry but is it possible when we did not even get to hear her voice on the phone let alone see her at all?

Since my favourite candidate for Strawberry, BN, is out so I decided that Strawberry has already passed on.

In the last few minutes, "nun" turned up in front of JH & SJ, and greeted JH saying they have not met in many years. That's why YD & even SJ have never heard or seen her.

😆 Of course I know she is not a "nun". That's why I used apostrophes ". Her name isn't revealed yet, is it?

I was hoping Strawberry would be BN but a commenter reminded me that BN is 59 while Chan Sik is 64. Strawberry is the Grandma's oldest child. So I came up with this theory. ☺️

How will their scam be discovered? My tiny brain will burst soon so I will leave it to Writer or others to figure out. ☺️

Now with 8 episodes left, it is way too late to introduce a new character who will be part of the Gongs.

This is purely my speculation :
Strawberry has already passed on and happened to be close to the “nun” for example they could be neighbours. She told her about how she was taken away from her mother and showed “nun” her strawberry-embroidered baby clothes.

Strawberry had her DNA registered at the Missing Person’s Registrar and asked “nun” to pass on the information and baby clothes if she died before her mother could be traced. That was how she came to be in possession of Strawberry’s baby clothes.

The authorities found Strawberry. If Grandma had registered her DNA earlier, she might have met her daughter.

“Nun” decided to pose as Strawberry’s daughter in the hope that she could fleece the Gongs. BTW, “nun” happened to have some overdue debts to be paid. 😆

Of course, “nun” has no idea about the Gongs’ wealth so she was taking a chance that the Gongs are wealthy and she...hit the jackpot.

As for her relationship with JH, she could be his biological sister or a “sister” he grew up with at the orphanage.

Why do you think BN is not Strawberry?
I know that Strawberry is older than Chan Sik but the age difference could be just 1 year. Then BN still stands a good chance, isn't it?

But time is running short for the Writer. So I expect the scam story to be rushed which I don't like.

There is also DW & YM & SK's mum story to deal with.

I'm absolutely gratified that Chan Sik was firm and set up that meeting to expose the relationship between SJ & JH.
Even more gratified that SJ & JH were dragged out of NX Group building. 😄😄😄

Now this nun who claimed to be Strawberry's daughter is connected to JH as he addressed her as "noona". As JH said so himself that he is an orphan, then this "noona" is a woman he grew up with at the orphanage. 🤨

Imo, she is actually the female voice message sender to JH who said she is in Korea now. So a conspiracy has just begun to scam the Gongs about Strawberry's identity.

But I'm certain these three persons - SJ, JH & "nun" will be sent to jail for fraud.

Hi! I don’t understand your comment at all.

In the preview of ep 42, SJ & JH were both called to a meeting with the Chairman, his son & daughter. I HOPE that both scumbags will be thrown out of NX Group. If at this juncture, SJ is still not kicked out yet, then NX Group is led by a group of idiots.
Can't wait to watch episode 42!
