Agreed but the second guy totally lost his touch to me with all the I've been in love with you since childhood nonsense. I mean dude where were you in her darkest times! And what's with him just been okay with the first guy snatching her away at their wedding! The first guy is bad but the second guy isn't necessarily good either. So tomorrow any random guy can hijack her right in his presence and he'll just sit at his father's palace like a little wife and wait for her to come back! I honestly think they should have written the second guys story better.

I never said the first guy was okay but the second guy isn't necessarily the best either. Have you considered the fact that non of these would have happened at all if the second guys family had rescued her earlier on. Let's be candid about it, I'm not okay with the first guy, his love is extreme and he's crazy but he's still way better, a thousand times better than the second guy as a life partner as long as he truly loves you!

It's not bad but not great either, other than their forensic been extremely well detailed, the cases are just okay. I can't shake off the feeling of the writers been hypocritical, I mean they keep saying criminals will be punished by the law but I don't see anyone been punished by the law, it's either the harden criminals are dying or are dead, what's all that about been punished by law! Besides ML isn't interested in the throne so why's he ruling as regent in the end! Their reasoning just keep coming off to me as hypocritical.

Choosing the second dude is kinda lame, I mean sure the first guy didn't treat her right initially, but doesn't that show how far he can go to spoil a woman he loves?! Besides the second guy and his family are full of excuses, if they knew her and her suffering all along, were they waiting for her to just drop on them on a platter of gold? Don't tell me a family that's as grand as they are can't hijack a little girl all these years? In short first guy doesn't deserve her but he's a thousand times better than the second guy.

Here's a good drama for those interested in forensic science and the likes.

Just finished watching, other than the bloody scenes it's quite interesting, the cases didn't drag on for too long and the motives are kinda... intriguing

I actually think his looks in the first few episodes here is much more interesting than kill me love me but i really don't like ml in the original novel so I may be biased though 😅

The first episode is so hilarious, the title should probably be "100 ways a bride can die painfully" or "runaway bride beware, there are so many ways to die hard" 🤣🤣🤣

I really enjoyed the first half of this drama, even though I almost couldn't get past the love-stuck fool era, I mean the drama was much more enjoyable with ML heartless look. Despite the cliches here and there and the editors not doing a very good job with the support characters and extras acting, overall it's still a good drama. Definitely rewatching the first half

It was interesting, the only story I actually enjoyed was the First lady, at least she didn't get physical with her husband, domestic violence regardless of the gender isn't okay, the fourth lady man chasing is just crazy then they pulled a memory loss stunt 🤨.

Agreed, I did enjoyed the drama but the whole female empowerment stuff went a lot too far especially the last couple. Sure it was cute watching her beat him up the first 2 times but continuously was just nonsense

ML's character was so bad, I even liked the crazy Poison Master more than him, at least the boy knows protecting his family comes first. Good thing ML was redeemed later on alas a bit too late.

If your target is romance, it's probably not the best drama for that unless you don't mind love due to deception and the likes

I really doubt there'll be a season 2 despite the cliffhanger. I mean I stated forwarding most of the scenes containing the MCs way earlier into the drama. I just kept wondering if the ML offended the script writer or something, he was the worst of the Gong men, even the dialogues when he's arguing are so lame, the points were easily refutable. Good thing the SMCs got enough screentime otherwise I would have dropped it earlier on.
