as someone who also doesn't like/watch much horror, how scary is it? lol
The first two episodes were definitely scary, with zombies and plenty of jump scares. As it gets deeper into the story, there are still plenty of creepy moments, but it focuses more on the characters, which are fantastic.
I’m a total wimp when it comes to horror, so I had to watch this one in broad daylight! But honestly, it was fantastic. I couldn’t take my eyes off it—the chemistry and the story were just incredible. I absolutely loved it!
On episode 2 and this has such a different vibe than the first season, which I just finished. My heart breaks for phoon, I cant wait until he gets the love he deserves.
I really want to see Pei Zhen’s story continue. I’m rooting for him—he’s lost everything, and watching his journey as he figures out where he belongs and who he ends up falling for would be incredibly compelling.
I’m rather disappointed by this narrative arc, which doesn’t clearly depict enough of the traumas, dilemmas,…
I always thought Jin Zhao was protecting Mumu when he let her go, but your comment really puts in perspective how much he was really dealing with. Now, I wish we had seen more of his struggles during their time apart.
I can’t imagine how much training the actors must have gone through for their dancing to look so flawless on screen. Throughout the movie there wasn’t much dialogue between the leads, but the way they moved their bodies while dancing spoke louder than words. Like many others, I wish there had been more romance and that the ending had been different; however, I’m still glad I watched it.
It was shocking to me that they used a religious song. I have always heard this song at Weddings and funerals. Putting it over a molestation scene feels disrespectful to me.
Did they seriously use Schubert’s Ave Maria as the background music during You Shu Lang’s molestation scene? It’s almost impressive how they managed to make an already awful moment feel even more wrong.
This is not the type of drama I usually watch, but Non's performance as Kunimi captured my attention. I loved the first 7 episodes, but the last episode left me with so many questions. Overall I enjoyed this drama and will definitely check out Non's other work.
That has got to be the most lackluster reunion Ive ever seen in cdrama history after being separated for sooooooo…
I’m right there with you. After all that longing, the reunion was so underwhelming...like, not even a hug?? I swear I blinked and it was over. And you’re totally right about her goals… I honestly forgot she even had any, and apparently the writers did too.
I'm not really sure how it happened! Their story seemed so typical with the obnoxious jock and the shy love interest. But Jeong U and Ji Won were so much more than that.
They tugged at my heartstrings , and that is way beyond what I was expecting.
I do wish the drama had more episodes to explore their backgrounds and give the site characters more time to develop. But if they have a second season, I'm definitely watching it.
