Great film! As frustrating as some of the fight scenes were, they were pretty realistic because the strength of a woman, however much she trains, just doesn’t equal that of a man. It made sense that the bully would overpower the teacher a lot of the time. It was a very well made movie and I’m glad I stumbled on it!
Lots of violence here. Over all a very good film. I was a tad disappointed with the ending and the plot didn't really take off like I thought it would. That's okay, though, because it had other aspects that made it pretty entertaining; like Song Joon Ki's acting! He was incredible here. I didn't feel quite as intimidated by his character as perhaps he was going for, but he gave a powerful performance nonetheless. Hong Xa Bin did great, also! I wish Korean movies came to theaters in my country because stuff like this would be so cool on the big screen.
I'm shocked at how much I liked this. I've never liked basketball or sports really but I found this thoroughly entertaining from start to finish. I was honestly expecting to skip through most of this but it slowly drew me in. I got so invested in the story I was tense during each game they played! The acting was SO good! And on top of everything it's a true story! So happy I found this little gem.
What convinced me to watch this was the fact that it is only 8 episodes long. I'm so glad I did because it was really suspenseful at times. I had a nice weekend binging the whole thing (ಠ‿ʘ)
This was enjoyable, yes, but definitely not as good as the original Ossan's Love. But that's totally okay because I still liked this a lot! The biggest downfall for me was the messy love triangles. There were just too many of them! It got a bit chaotic and annoying tbh. If you're like me and just coming off watching the OG Ossan's Love and want more of these wonderful characters, then I think you'll enjoy this still!

The one thing that I loved the most about this was that Haruta and Kurosawa finally ended up together!! I was rooting for them in the first one, so it was so satisfying to finally see that happen here!
