This was so good! Made me tear up a little. 'The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.' - Nat King Cole & Moulin Rouge
WHY COULDN'T THEY JUST EAT A DAMN HAMBURGER TOGETHER?? They spend their whole lives dreaming about it, then finally have hamburgers literally in front of them and still no action!? Ah, I loved this movie. I stumbled on it completely by accident, and boy am I grateful. What a fabulous, sad, frustrating movie. Please watch it.
I found this really powerful and thought-provoking. I was frustrated for both the victim and the perpetrator. Kira seems like he can be helped but no one around him is trying to do the right thing. If you like movies that make you change your point of view on the 'bad guy' then this is for you!
This is a bit random, but I really appreciated how realistic they made the scenes where the ex-cop was chasing the killer by foot. Every movie I've ever seen always shows these long chase scenes where the characters all somehow have the fitness level of a star athlete. In this movie, however, they showed fatigue, and that they couldn't run very fast for too long. For some reason, I really enjoyed that little bit of realism. Loved this movie!
Please watch at your own risk! This is such a sad, sad movie. I can't believe this kind of stuff actually goes on in the world. God help us -_-
I found this to be pretty great, actually. It was interesting to see how things would play out for the father who wanted revenge so badly.
No ENG subs though.
This was an excellent film!
