I have the same problem with both him & Yul.

Neither of them have respect for Uk and just assume he will cause chaos or turn bad. Only Master Lee sees that Uk could be the savior. It disappoints me that both PJ & Yul have no faith in him and only want to hinder him/stand in his way.

Please start watching it!! You and I can debate more theories 😂😂😂😂😂 I love it! It’s extreme Uber Xianxia and it takes a few episodes to get going but for me, the two leads are outstanding and have amazing chemistry and are giving A+ performances. The drama is only loosely based on the novel so we suspect they will change the ending. They changed the whole beginning from the novel already and FL says more than once she thinks of SML like a son and she’s the mother because he is a fish she raised. So I think that she will not end up with him like in the novel.

I wish the show had made more use of both OG Naksu voiceovers and Adult OG Naksu scene cutbacks with footage other than the repeats from episode 1 because it would keep reminding people that she is Naksu, not MD …. And it would be less jarring if she really does end up leading Season 2. They have gone Sooooooo Heavy on MD that it’s hard for people to even remember Naksu.

I’m so nervous for what’s to come lol I’m fine with either JSM or GYJ so bring it on!!!!

I was not convinced before in other episodes but todays episode it was clear to me that was GYJ’s voiceover. That was definitely OG Naksu narrating.

Yes he is Park Jin Jr. which is fine!!!! But let’s not fantasize that he is doing this to protect Naksu. He had long ago decided Naksu should not be saved if it violates their code. I just want shippers to be honest about this and Yuls character. Uk is the only one who truly will protect Naksu even if he has to die.

Next week looks like it will be very exciting! One thing about this show that is now proven is that you are right, we can never truly predict what will happen!

If he is against using whatever means necessary to save Naksu’s life that’s not protecting her. Uk is the only one willing to truly protect Naksu. Yul is protecting the laws of Songrim by trying to separate them and keep Uk from using any means necessary to save Naksu.

That’s what I think too, it’s Uk he wants to take away not Naksu.

Just my 2 cents. The people defending Yul seem to be missing the overarching point. Yul is against saving Naksu. That’s why he has separated them. His love or whatever he feels for her begins and ends at her existing as she is right now. He won’t choose her over using “unethical” means to save her. So that for me is why I am not fangirling over Yul’s move. It’s not protecting anything other than “Ethical Rules” it’s not for Uk or MD, it’s his move to ensure Songrim /Uk don’t try to save Naksu. All of Yuls sweet nice guy stuff is fine and good but he won’t do what’s necessary to save the woman he loves and will try to prevent Uk from doing it

Yes I literally was the very first person to watch and comment that I was wrong today. But my comment to you was about “Maybe Yul has the Ice Stone in his home” that was what I was said was fantasy land. And I stand by that. The idea Yul is hiding the ice stone at his fortress and can save Naksu make zero sense when he doesn’t want to use the Ice stone period! LOL



Anyway…. Here is your cookie 🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪 I was wrong lol !!! the way this played out was very underwhelming and lame to me and brought nothing to the story other than Yul is now looking like a selfish jerk who believes he knows best whats “right” there was no excitement and nobody wants to be bored to death by more scenes of Yul with his bird whistle lol

Of all the ways the duel and the aftermath of the duel could have played out I’m feeling so underwhelmed. Last week was so good and felt like forward progress on multiple fronts. This week with the Yul X factor and the way they played the aftermath out it
1. Undermined all of the built up angst and desperation between Uk & MD.
2.The Yin Yang Jades specialness between them is now diluted
3. MD being desperate to stay by Uk’s side yet having no real reaction to being made to serve Yul now……. And Yul keeping her when he should have immediately freed her to go back to Uk.
This whole “I have to stop them from going down the wrong path” thing is lame. Yul in general is lame to me at this point. Very pretty but lame lol

Sigh. At least things look like they will pick up next week with lots of craziness but this week for me was to reductive. On to next weeks craziness we go!
