IKR....In one episode tian tian thinks he likes his assistant linda and that weather reporter and in the very next episode she magically had feelings for him. Writing is very inconsistent.

Hiding things and straight out lying are two different things. Ofcourse both are bad. When they were playing never have i ever at his place, he told nothing has shaken him from getting derailed from his goal. He likes her but i think he was not planning on doing anything about his feelings because he knew he was leaving. She initiated a kiss and he couldn't hold back. So they had a drunken kiss and were not in a relationship. Till the moment he left she wasn't planning on telling him anything about her. She infact tried asking him did whether he stood any girl up or was he planning on meeting someone so she never planned on saying anything about her. I know she was waiting for him the next day but we can only assume as to why she was waiting for him. Honestly why will she reveal about herself when they has just kissed the previous night. Why will she spoil that tempo.

I guess so, this is where that rookie rival is going to play her card one last time. This topic is too silly to have misunderstandings but again she started her feelings/ pursuing him on basis of lies. I hope he forgives her. The only thing which is bothering me is how meiren is not even considering reveling him anything about her. She is still not confident to be seen without makeup infront of him. She has some growing up to do.

At this point they both like each other. She knows everything about him but he actually knows nothing about her. When he asks her something, she just says something cutsy and changes the topic.

They have kissed before. He is not a guy who would kiss every other gal. I know he left her and went to abroad for a year but not everything looks good between them. She is working in his university, shouldn't she atleast tell him about it or how she moved from vlogging to teaching which are polar opposite professions and not everyone gets the job of lecturer in a university.
When zuang Yu's little brother had come, she purposely hid the fact that she is good in math. I know it is nothing to brag about but it is nothing to hide about either. Whenever she tells something smart, he asks her how does she know, she then tells something and diverts the topic. Obviously he won't ask about her qualifications because it would look shallow of him, but she is deliberately hiding it

Question is why isn't MeiRen still not telling him the truth. She is working in the university, all the misunderstandings got cleared so why isn't she still keeping him in the dark

I am trying to figure why MeiRen still not trying to tell Zhaung Yu the truth. It is not even in her mind that she should tell him the truth. Her misunderstanding about Sabina got cleared in ep 17 itself so why she is not telling him who she actually is. There should be a reason for it right..... Unbelievable writing, not convincing at all.

Entire second lead couple, their characters are lame. I am still in shock how didn't MeiRen didn't ask for his name. TianTain only referred to him as Capitalist which was annoying.

I think she is telling him how MeiRen planned to make him fall for her.

When he proposed to her , he said that he would wait in line. She was like he shouldn't but he didn't agree because he knew they weren't a real couple. So him still hanging around her, showing interest shows he thinks he still has hopes.

I agree. For me it's couple of things that got added and I finally dropped. PMY's more or less same acting in all her dramas which has 2 MLs. It's high time that she experiments with her roles now.

I cannot believe that kid Lv Jian is there till ep 30. Unbelievable. Usually Love rivals go away after the leads reject them brutally but this kid doesn't just back down

They were standing on the zebra crossing at the middle of the road. The problem is they weren't moving and just standing

Not supporting any road accidents but these people were just standing in the middle of the road for good 2 mins......then where should all the cars go? on the footpath.....i was so furious. This drama was going good but now it has lost its direction and too much of nonsense friction between the leads.
Jung Ho will be like- i can't love you, give me sometime, i love you very much, i want to protect you, you can run away from me but don't leave me, i don't deserve you but still i love you......
Yu Ri will be like - I want to kiss you, i like you, i am hating you now, will forgive you, why jung ho has not come to see me, when he does then she will be like please leave because i can't stand you after knowing how my dad has died.

Ep 23 @ 31:52 and check out all her conversations with Lv Jian, that is her real voice and a normal speaking tone. Her voice is sweet no doubt about that but the way she changes it in all the scenes where she is with the ML which is all the time is where the problem is. Its like i am hearing my 3 years old cousin talk to her mom in that tone whenever she wants something. Now a days even kids don't talk like that, even they find it cringe. Even ML's kid cousin don't talk like that. I am watching it for Vin Zhang. Its very rare to see him in a modern drama so why should i drop it for Esther Yu. Obviously I will notice it whenever they are together as they are the leads. Again, Being bubbly and talking in a baby voice are two different things. Even Tian Tian is bubbly and cute with a sweet voice but she talks normally.

I don't think its about vloggers can have Doctorates or not. At that time she would have lied about everything like she works in a university, ML is her colleague, he is her boyfriend
(none of this is true),like every breakfast with her family and ML would start with a lie.He even told her to tell her mom the truth because to cover one lie she will have to lie again but she didn't agree...so i don't blame him for not believing her.
