You know what's the best part of this drama? They're accents. I actually get sidetracked sometimes because I'm too busy admiring their accents. It so cute.
I really can't take tragedy in dramas so I've mentally prepared myself for the worst, whether it's a sad or tragic ending. I'm trying not to get attached to any of the characters too much, but in the last few episodes I can't help but ship the main couple together. I will be traumatized if something happens to one of them and they don't end up together. I wanna drop this drama while they're still enjoying their happy moments....
I really love Oh Jin Gyu. His character is just so perfect. It's my first time seeing Kim Sun Ho and he's doing a great job at portraying Jin Gyu's character. Oh and seriously, Kang Soo and Jin Gyu are really activating my BL fangirl mode. I ship them so bad.
Dramas like this make me realize what a weird taste i have when it comes to dramas coz strangely enough I'm enjoying this. To me, bad chemistry or a boring plotline don't really matter when I'm watching a drama. I can find one little thing that I like about the whole drama and continue watching it till the end. And then there are certain dramas that are really good (take Goblin for one, since everyone keeps comparing Bride of Habaek with it) but then there's that one little thing that bothers me so I can't even complete it (yes, I ended up dropping it...) I don't even know why I'm rambling about this here.
Yellow umbrella huh? That's it. It's confirmed y'all. Hyun Jae and Woo Seung will end up together. It's the magical power of Yellow Umbrella. Jk I'm honestly okay with Ji Yoon and Woo Seung as well (of course without all the father-son complications).
You know what I'm so angry at the ending. Like, what?! The whole drama was so misleading. I was so certain that Do Hyeon and Hana were gonna get married at the end. I can't express how frustrated I am right now. And I'm really not the type to over react over dramas.
Oh. My. God. Until the very last moment I thought Hana and Do Hyeon would end up together. Am i the only one who thought that...? I honestly have really mixed feelings about the ending... But other than that, this drama was very addicting. I especially liked the parts where she was pretending to be a boy. Han Byul played the role of a boy really well.
So I'm curious about this drama but I really don't like tragic or sad endings. Can someone tell me what happens in the end? I wanna be ready for whatever's coming...
So I've been holding off this drama for a very long time and I finally watched it. I keep trying to convince myself that this kind of ending was inevitable , but I'm honestly traumatized. Throughout the whole series all the characters that I really liked kept dying... But that aside this drama is an amazing masterpiece. It kept me awake until 2 in the night (and that's saying something when it comes to me). I'm just glad Ueno Rie didn't die. I honestly liked her... I'm off to watch something light-hearted now (but I don't think anything will fill the void Bridal Mask has left in my heart).
I give it 8/10 for the amazing chemistry between Yun Xiu and Feng Jing. Besides that, there were too many plot holes in the story, but i guess it was okay to watch.
