I think it was someone else pretending to be him back then, since in the game it was actually him (CHW) and when…
nope that's ban juyeon's middle school self indeed π the chw version in the game was kinda sujeong's imagination of how the black salt dragon "oppa" looks like lol. the different child actor was a deliberate choice to make it more funny and emphasize how young he really was
lol watched ep2 assuming they had both realised their past selves already! apparently not. i suppose the back & forth banter and office fights were involuntary responses to eachother π i really did think atleast ban juyeon had realised she's strawberry upon reading her name
such a cutie in melo movie and a charming villain in study group! he's got some talent and screen presence that's for sure can't wait to see more of him
just started this! wooshik is really good. i ain't feeling the FL yet but i know it's just the characterisation. a bit bland to start. the child actors look exactly like their grown up counterparts. excellent casting.
ep9 i was in the midst of complaining against making naksu a damsel in distress when thankfully enough she was the one to suggest the method and take the revenge on jin mu. love seeing gyj being badass, she has such enthralling eyes. i wanted more of assasin/baddie naksu tbh. more drawn out revenge on those who had used her
the side characters are just kinda there until they are needed for a comedic relief or a support scene eh. why is the 2fl (?) heo yoonok so unnecessarily rude to buyeon. seems like an useless character tbh
by ep7 this is such an all men affair, where naksu is just an ornament. the story makes no sense anymore, feels like jin mu is just a villain of convenience.
don't you think the villains also blurt out their plans before they execute them lol? and some of these conversations between jinmu & jin hokyung are kinda childish with a lot of unnecessary dragging?
how did soi get to know about naksu's truth? that was she inside buyeon's body? i think the show was unclear on that? sure she knew actual buyeon was mudeok but how did she get to know about master lee saving the body and resurrecting naksu?
AOS is my first drama of hers and wow i didn't expect her to sound like that. idk if that's weird to say lmao but i was expecting her voice to be more cute (?) but surprisingly not. love her voice, it's so pleasing to listen to.
just started it and already loving it. go younjung is a pleasure to watch on screen. i was missing mudeok initially but by end of ep1 & 2 she has me convinced. brooding janguk is more fun and attractive hehe who would have thought! now only if we could avoid the dreaded love triangle π
great drama! wish kdramas attempt more fantasy/magic/action dramas with a fully drawn out world and unique set of rules. the story and execution is so good, could have been a masterpiece imo if they could have cut around 4 eps of fillers and fluff. but some of those drawn out and seemingly unnecessary scenes are what makes the characters endearing to us, so there's that. ep20 was kinda rushed but exciting nevertheless. excited for part 2, and see how the dynamics between the real naksu/gyj and janguk is gonna play out. will miss somin's mudeok. she made the character the right amount of adorable and endearing.
