love the drama but is it just me or some scenes are just the writer's laziness
true.writer is a rookie so not sure if it's laziness or lack of experience/talent. she gets some things right but cut shorts some scenes and development abruptly. like taking the easier route instead of going for it yk?
exactly. we call sanha juwon's arc rushed now imagine the parents. they could be maybe dating by the end of the show but marriage is a bit much. especially since we haven't seen her in a long time, there's a disconnect. she has to connect with juwon as well if she's going to be her legal parent, i can't see all of it being justifiably happening in two eps
Am I only one loving the main leads too yeah I love the second leads too both couples are cute
no me too! i absolutely love the leads. the chemistry is great between both the couples that's the best thing the drama gave us two absolutely adorable pairings 🥹
i wish the show would explore more of the dynamics between sanha and his parents. especially the relationship with his dad. there's so much potential there for a good arc, would have loved to see him step up against that women for his son and offer a shoulder when he needed it.
ep8 it totally gets more fun as we go along. the mystery element in fantasy dramas is the best. keeps you guessing…
ep lmao the bgms are in a league of their own 😂 the comedy here is so good. the chaste tea apparently has zero effect exhibit master lee being flustered over a caught up thread lol 😂
oh boy when i tell you i bawled when sanha broke down infront of haejun. he was holding off for too long, always hiding his suffering, pretending like all is fine. i was praying for him to press that door bell in the previous scene after he met the mom. when he finally broke down, it hurt but also felt liberating. the crying scene was so real and raw - the acting was wonderful, i cried with sanha.
now i want a scene where juwon gets to know about the pills and the mental struggles too. i know it would break juwon more than anything else. maybe one with his dad as well? he deserves a parental hug, and we sure ain't getting it from the woman we call sanha's mother!
i loved loved when juwon stood up for both sanha & haejun and spoke for them with the mothers. both very different in tone, but both just as effective. juwon shined these two episodes. she indeed is the heart of the family.
wow these episodes 13 & 14 were amazing. i cried and laughed a lot. even the fights reconciliations, the trios convos, the romance - so good and nostalgic. took me back to the initial episodes. can't believe it's ending in a week :(
is it just me or I can't really sympathise with haejun's mom either? i can understand her and the noble sacrifice and stuff, but which mother can literally abandon their son and live a single day without seeing his face? wouldn't you run to your son the first day you are able to? i guess she was ashamed and full of guilt but still, that's her own kid she loved we are talking about!
