I just wanna say 3 things after reading this comment section the past 3 days!
1. If you’re new to the drama or just started watching it asking for spoilers is putting you at a disadvantage cause you’re missing so much of the magic that we who watched it from the get go got! 😍😍😍 it’s only 36 episodes and 1 part so just enjoy it. You won’t regret it!
2. What’s with all the negative comments and reviews all of a sudden? Especially towards poor Orchid….she is one of my fave Cdrama heroines to go from innocent and naïve to so brave, smart but most of all someone who stands up for what she believes in no matter who is against it. How many times haven’t we screamed at the screen cause the females leads just are 🤔🫤 🤨🧐🤬😞😒! Aim that towards Xufeng and big mouthed Shangque. Better yet for the gravely emperor😡😡.
Dylan I’m so proud of you watched you in Ever Night 2, then sat through Miss the Dragon whilst it was airing for you cause I could see you and Bambi doing the best you could with what you were given! Look at you now!!!! This is my first Esther drama I can see she is an absolute sweetheart and I’ve become a fan too!
I knew when I saw her cry from the wrapping shoot when you brought her flowers couple months back that this was gonna be worth watching cause if his sincere you guys were! Nothing could prepare me for how amazing this drama is though and if it continues the way the story is being told, the acting, the costume, music, costumes, sets and the CGIs it’s will be in my top 10 fave of all time.
Congrats to everyone involved you guys did an amazing job and the entire cast has such great chemistry all the lives and BtS are so great!

Crazy Aunty isn’t helping at all either….like lady I would’ve murdered my snake of a husband on sight when I returned and dealt with the repercussions. You really put all that on a kid and helped break his heart.

I think SS is very smart snd vengeful and knows LB and who he is would absolutely want revengeful. Her convo with the Empress also shows she’s sensing he’s up to something.
I’m just so angry at him for that. He’s more grown clearly always in control and he was hell bent on this path no matter what so why involve her to begin with after watching her cry over the first failed engagement. Now she’s fully in love a love he pursued so aggressively might I add. Just to now put her through this and then say I didn’t wanna involve you or your family! Ummmm too late!

I do get that and I completely understand. SS is as stubborn as myself but if she sees this path of destruction he’s going down. She can sense it then atleast try and save him from it because there no turning back. He literally has no one else too! It’s just so 😭💔😭💔
