I watched some parts of CM and JH's youtube live and I can say that JH still has CM in his mind and would like to date him for real. CM is just attracted to him, but nothing more than that, he just flirt here and there, like it was in other youtube channels. I believe that is true that he is focused on his job, but he still went to reality knowing that he wasn't actually available, so it's a lame excuse. I think CM just takes this types of show to grow on social; he was in a het dating reality when he already knew he was gay. Now, of course, they made so many viewers with this livestreaming (like 20.000 for 6 hours!), and many viewers were disappointed, but then seeing them together, they were shipping them again. People like them as a couple, so I'm expecting more sentences from CM, like "who knows in the future what can happen", just leaving things not completely closed. I'm sorry, but hearing them saying that, just today (after 4 months) they understood things between them, they answered e/o questions, it makes me laugh. After 4 months, the only time you can make things more clear is during a youtube live, where you admit that you are not a couple? I'm confused. Honestly, I think that no one of the cast was actually taking this thing seriously, even JH, I think that he likes CM more because he likes to win challanges, otherwise he would be hurt by CM's behaviour. I really hope to see another season, with another cast, maybe with more awareness about the type of show and a real availability to dating.
I'm reading everywhere that neither changmin and jeong hyun ever dated after the show... LOL. What a mess ahaha I think authors need a better casting next time
Ohh the mom is out! What a pleasure LOLI confirm, it's a really beautiful production, I really hope is going to…
Wow, the confrontation about Wang's dad! I didn't expected to be so early! I really can't wait to see how Inn is going to explain to Wang, I want to know more about dad and Inn story. Do you think it was something happened just once or they had an actual relationship? I'm still so confuse about
Ohh the mom is out! What a pleasure LOL I confirm, it's a really beautiful production, I really hope is going to have a great ending, because in that case, it'll became one of my favorite!
The chemistry is the only thing that will keep this drama up. Gosh, the editing was terribile, Rain does things without a logic, the music never on point. I don't know, maybe with lasts great thai BL I was having my hopes to high for this, but it seems to go back to a couple of years ago with BL's quality . That's a loss, because they are handsome and "intimate" scenes are great, but everything else is just terrible :(
The only bad thing about this drama is the fact that I can't watch it in one go :(
In the 2° episode I even liked the dialogue/fight with the mother. Of course it screams DADDY ISSUE like never, but I'm liking this so much. The script is really good, I really can't wait to the next episode. It will be a torture to wait every week.
I love the idea of this show, but damn...it's just badly planned and executed.First, who can truly develop strong…
I completely agree! Especially about dates, the interesting thing in this type of show is the fact that maybe a pair that nor you, nor even them would think that could fits, it became actually a good one, because they are "forced" by the show to date and spend time together. Also, the part of the games together (not with darts LOL) in dating shows, to know each other better, often change views and perspectives. I think authors were more focused about the huge impact because of lgbtq, less attention were given to the rest. I hope that in future there will be more sponsors, thus more money to make a better show.
Why does everyone want Chang min? I don't really see the appeal. No hate but his personality is the least attractive. Also…
It's very common in SK to have a type that everyone loves, It happened a lot also in the firsts dating shows (with men and women) and it was really frustrating. I remember a lot of times where a single girl took all men's attention and there were no options for the others. With time this is slightly changed, also because authors are more focused on that since the casting process. They cannot put just random people hoping something is going to happen, they have to think of possibile connections between them to make the show enjoyable. In this case, this is the first try, I hope the things are going to change even for the lgbtq dating shows, but we must also think that is harder to find the proper cast if it's about gay men, not many people are ready to be on tv so openly. If we think about this cast, most of them are already "somehow" known because of youtube, or twitter etc... P.s. about Changmin, the problem of being over hyped in SK (because if you fits the standard you are going to hear about how much you are handsome all the time) is that you are more focused on the feeling of pleasing guys, that on the real opportunity of founding "the one". I think he really likes JH, but I don't think has the intention of being committed to only one, not just in the reality. It's the perfect Red Flag, the one that makes you fall in love and then the relationship became toxic, with back and forth, half lies and so one. Of course I don't know them, it's just the feeling that I have through both the show and youtube videos. Of course Red Flags are always the ones that attract the most! :')
I want to think positive, I hope that the way the show went is going to make Changyu more loved by people and I also hope for him to do other dramas or youtube or reality, wherever :'). He was my favorite from the start, it's really hard to see him rejected over and over again :(
the ML should have had another relationship after the breakup.from his POV, he is very young, another relationship…
I agree, as soon as she changed her mind, he accepted her. At least I hoped that she, somehow, would understand her mistakes, but nothing like that. I also have the feeling she was simply attracted by his body, I mean, if ML/FL roles were reversed I think many of us would have think about that, everyone would have called him red flag, but just because is a female, we assume that she fell in love. Now that I'm re-thinking about that, she slept with him at the beginning, but ask him to keep it secret, meanwhile she was seeing her "friend" more than ML, then before 3 months "trial" ended, she left him and she went to that "friend" and they became official, even if she knew she didn't love him. Meanwhile she still was having some meeting with ML and at the end she left the official boyfriend and went to the ML because he was the away with another girl. I don't know, if this story was reverse I think I would have hated the ML, but when is a female they always use a different kind of narration. I conclude saying that she is a Red Flag, I don't care the way they want to portrait her.
The more episodes come out and the less happy I'm about. I know that dating shows are like that, but in this case the editors seems to be the real protagonists. I mean, their cuts here and there are too visibile and that put me off. Probably, it's something that I felt also for Heart Signal, but there are so many other choices of dating shows that it didn't matter that much. In this case, it's the first and only one for now, so maybe my expectations were too high. I hope they are going to produce more LGBTQ's dating shows, but also learning from all this mistakes. I'm not going to say much about the guys in the show, because I have the constant feeling that I'm watching just what the editors want me to watch, it's more like I'm looking at drama's characters and not real people. Even Chang min, that is not one of my favorites, I still think that they are showing him this way cutting so many parts, that is an absolute mess. Not because of his actions, they are in a dating show so it's normal to have twists and turns, but they never show what he's thinking, even just for the sake of the show, even if it was a fake explanation. I don't know, I think I'm going to watch till the end, but I really hope they are going to come up with something "more natural" next time (even if it's scripted that's fine, we know dating shows can be like that, but please let the viewers don't think about that too much)
I've hesitated to watch this drama for so long, because I knew they would do the swap at the end, ignoring the fact that the love story was between the king and the chef and not the queen. I finally decided to watch and I enjoyed so much! It's the perfect comedy-romance mixture... Of course I'm not happy about the ending, to me there were so many other ways, even if they were so scared about giving an LGBQT finale (even though, entire drama screams LGBTQ! The king fell in love with a man in a woman's body, that's all is about!) Btw for the finale the queen could have been sincere and told him about the switch and try to begin their own story from that moment, try to understand each other with honesty. In this ending instead, she is faking to be someone else using chief's memory, knowing that the king is in love with someone else. I see her more as a SFL that take's ML at the end. It's a good finale, just because we don't see what happens after some time has passed and the king has figure it out the truth. If it was a woman in the queen's body, no one would have accepted this kind of finale and this is kind of the bittersweet's side of this amazing drama.
Wow.The chemistry between Wang and In is electric.I can already tell Mom is going to be a giant pain in the ass.
What I was thinking during 1° episode... what a great cinematography, ost and then... the mother kind of ruined everything :') It seems that Wang and In are doing another type of movie, while the mother comes from the typical lakorn LOL
I think this is going to be a really good drama... ONLY if we don't watch it with a morality view:'). Not for…
because of the "dad's ex lover who fell in love with the son" situation. It's just the first episode, but it's quite possibile that is going to be like that. They are both looking for wang's dad ghost somehow, by getting closer to each other. But finally such a different story in the thai's BL panorama, I'm really hooked!
I confirm, it's a really beautiful production, I really hope is going to have a great ending, because in that case, it'll became one of my favorite!
