I love it too! Forget all negative comments as it is irrelevant as long as you like it!

Slow pacing but it was good and enjoyable to watch. Some dramas are slow and you just want to skip it but not Story of Ming Lan. Honestly, I have watched more than three times already!

Watch till the end ..... what you sow is what you reap!

This is a GOOD DRAMA, you won't regret watching it till the end! It may be slow paced and if it's not interesting I would have dropped it! I like the wittiness of both ML and FL and they were so natural in the character they acted. I like the various characters and the conversation between them. One have to listen to really enjoy this drama!

You misunderstood me. I don't welcome anti or non-antis and am a fan of nobody. I watch drama based on my own preferences. I do agree with Natasja, Yes, I do read people's comments, and will only decide whether to continue or drop the drama based on how the story of the drama is being executed and also the FL and ML characters.

Does it matter to us on the comments/critics made by fans or anti-fans? Do we watch a drama because we like it or are we so easily influenced by other viewers' comments. Other viewers do not determine our preferences, does it?

Will be difficult to find replacement of the same/exact flair in character. Hope all casts of S1 remain.

I don't think Xiao Zhan not being there will affect the drama as long as the main casts from Ep 1 to 40 are there!!!

Both ML and FL were from drama, Joy of Life. Loved both of them in that drama; they played the role of Fan Xian's stepbrother and stepsister.

Am not surprised that there will be less episodes released. It's most probably because of CNY, there are other festive TV programs and less slots for the drama to be released.

Joy of Life is good too and also Reborn (it was 9.0 but now had dropped). Try watch Reborn.

I think her dresses are fine. In Korean dramas, all looked the same but different fabric colors. Compared to other Cdrama, Awu's dress design was the 1st I've seen so far!
