XQ is a 6 footer. Anyone with that height and nice posture plus a manly rugged look would look good in a warrior outfit! A man with strength and wits when it comes to war fighting and yet gentle and caring towards the weak. What a man!!!

Everyone got different personal preferences. For me, this is a good drama to start for year 2021! Watching it even without sub.

Some viewers think Li Qin role was weak. She may be physically weak but not her mind. She had been supportive towards Fan Xian both emotions and ambitions. She is not like some female leads who are childishly silly in their thinking!
