People online are saying that they are in high school, so they have to be young. First of all, if you have read the book, you will realize they are not even close to how the author describes them in the book. Second, do they realize that not every teenager looks like a teenager? There are people whose younger siblings are mostly mistaken for the oldest just because of the way they look. So I don't get why they couldn't cast an older person.
This is an adaptation of an 18+ book that takes an 8-year gap for them to meet again. I wonder how they would even pull that off. If this isn't 18+, I don't think people would hardly care who the cast is.
They could have even cast a more mature 18+ age for the main character, and these babies could have been the second lead.
For a Thai adaptation, I was hoping they would give more and a strong season two with their own flavor, but now it feels like the same series name with a totally different storyline. All the best to them.
I wonder if we will ever get a real adaptation with the messed-up part changed a little.

In apparently never learnt his lessons. In this world you can never make everyone happy while making yourself happy. Sometimes its okay to be a little selfish especially when dealing with the likes of Mol. My guess is he would die never experience what his happiness is and being a coward full of regrets.

Wang, I'm happy sad he didn't force In at the end. Guess he is the only responsible reasonable wise person among the three. But i do hope he doesn't stay with his Mol for long and pursue what he loves in other not to end up like In and his dad.

Lesson learned... Do not think for others just because you think you know what is best for them. Don't risk your happiness in the name of helping other. The outcome might be deadly and irreversible. Also it's okay to fight for what you love (as long as it mutual). Don't be In and definitely DON'T BE MOL...

They weren't really a one night stand. If you watched episode 0 they exchanged numbers in hopes of contacting each but nine never responded to Daonuea. To Daonuea Nine gave him hope of becoming something more but disappointed him. But then Nine appeared out of nowhere wanting to be more when he was trying to move on without an explanation. I think Daonuea was suppose to be someone who was very sensitive with his emotions thus being a little childish. Hope this help a little. ..

Even though this show is some how.... I think i have finally understood a little bit about Nine. Why he didn't want to contact Daonuea. The girlfriend is a manipulate psycho. I don't think he saw himself in a relationship with her. I think he was with her because she was manipulating him to believe if he leaves her she would do something bad to her self thus always saying " You don't love me blah blah"

Again this show is somehow but it teaches a few lessons i think...
Don't force someone to be with you by using your life. They are bound to cheat on you if not physically, emotionally (Nine and psycho gf)

Don't force someone to be with you when you no they are inlove with someone else. Set them free(Dao and Tee)

Don't give someone hope knowing that you can never love nor trust them (Dao and Tee)

Either you fight for what you feel for each other and be truthful or you peaceful let go ( Nine and Dao)

First sign of toxic friendship say goodbye and don't look back (psycho gf and friend)

I might be wrong though but if only the focus on the directing and storyline a bit this story could have been interesting and might relate a little to real life. Like the people you trust the most might be the ones to hurt you the most..(cheating right under your nose) I'm glad he decided to end the relationship before it eats him alive. Can't wait for the next episode. Hope it keeps progressing

SangChu reading books to understand other people's emotions ( Tips for understanding and persuasion) reminders me of when I Googled "How do you know when you are sad or angry"... So I do understand his character a lot... He might be a intelligent but he is emotionally dumb which explains his actions towards Jang Jae. For such people if they can't explain how they feel, they either shut everyone down including their feelings or they treat it as an experiment to discover new things... Either ways it becomes really frustrating when they have none to help them or understand them but instead only receive judgment and complaints that they aren't normal...

This show maybe cringy and chessy but one thing I love about it the most is the friendship they have especially Toh's. They maybe crazy and crazzzzzzzy but they will always be there to cry with you. I wish I had such friends 😕...

Am I the only one with a feeling this might have a sad ending because come on... death and doctor... I don't wanna cry like in Grayrainbow... But I'm surely watching with my handkerchiefs and tons of tissues... cuz I loved them from Grayrainbow even though it gave an unexpected shock and I can't stop re-watching it while skipping the ending and pretending it never happened... Let's support them it might be great

This is friction. It's not a real life story. It's a world someone created based on their rules and not real life so stop comparing it to real life. A doctor falling in love with death should have given it away that it's just a story/ fantasy for people to enjoy. Besides there are even surgeons who look younger than their age and this is not the first frictional movie/series that has younger cast as a surgeon. I think you are just looking for problems when it's not even started.

I think you should watch the trailer before judging. Besides this is just "pilot trailer" and nothing much has been disclosed. So please let's wait for the official trailer before degrading it from here says and assumptions of people. I think...

This might not be just gay romance. Just take it as I love you for who you are not which gender you are ( PANSEXUAL ). If people just stop focusing on gay or straight romance BOOM.... you will realize other sexualities exist. I wish they will just add other sexualities tags so that people will be less confused.

I think people are confused and think a woman soul is inside the man's body. But we do forget that souls are genderless. It could be she was a man before being reincarnated into a woman and maybe she has been reincarnated into different genders during those 300 years or so. This lifetime she is a man not woman with a whole set of different characters not related to his previous life which maybe he doesn't even know existed. So guys he is A MAN not A WOMAN. So maybe this is not just straight or gay series it might be PANSEXUAL. Loving someone regardless of gender. They also exist with other sexualities instead of only focusing on Gay or Straight. But I might be wrong.

I do understand but I said maybe he has a second chance, maybe he didn't become obsessed with seeing color like everyone else and maybe he chose love over color and the only way to know is when the series start. And I don't think it " defeats the purpose of the show" like you said since others are saying they've changed the storyline from the novel. Right now we could only depend on "maybes and ifs" . Monos experience color rush when they meet their probes thus they want to stay with their probes cus of colors they see not because they love them then they become obsessed to the extent of kidnapping them and that to me isn't love. So maybe he chose love over obsession(color rush) or maybe he realized what he felt for his probe wasn't love but a growing obsession just cus of the color rush he experiences. I might be wrong though since we haven't watched it yet. But I do hope people do see it in a different perspective and give it a chance it might or might not be worth it

People are pissed he is maybe falling in love with another person who is maybe not his soulmate or are not followingthe novel. But I am somehow glad that maybe he won't end up with his destined "soulmate". That trope gets boring and predictable if you read a lot of novels and watch movies about soulmates. Maybe faith gave him other chance or maybe his "soulmate" was not really his soulmate and it was never meant to be. We don't choose who to fall in love with and we don't always end up with people we are destined to be. Also we can't tell when or how we fall in love exactly. I will give it a chance to see what the outcome will with no expectation as I always do and I hope others do too.

I agree but try watching it again with open mind without using psychology or philosophy or whatever study to judge. Then try understanding each character and reasons why they behave they way they do. Did you not watch the part where said he tried finding out why he was chosen to die. Thus investigation. When he couldn't, he gave up letting faith take it course but not without doing some serious damage. He did tell the detective he had planned everything out since he couldn't find answers to his death. A mother gave birth not even days has come she saw a hideous thing over her baby telling the baby he will die in three days time. Do you think such a person will be in their right mind when every dream she had just came crumbling down? If you really watch that scene you would realize they monsters were trying so hard to get the baby. They even threw the baby and mother. I think their torture sequences is the more you try to struggle the more they torture you. It was seen at the end when the parents were heavily beaten but end up giving up tied together with their baby and also the girl who hard 30secs to die. That's when it is believed that maybe they have a time limit for torture and maybe that was their first mistake 2 lives for one...

Stop looking at it from the philosophy or whatever point of view and look at it from psychological point of view. What character lacked purpose or goals? Why don't you watch the series without trying to give answers to questions that wasn't given but till the next season. If you realize, mostly the who point of the series was that a supernatural being was killing people given them a time and there people who are trying to find answers to it but there are others who saw this as an opportunity to brainwash people's mind to make them bow to them by using the name of God. It shows how given a context like how some humans would react being in such a situation. If you really listen and watched it very well. I believe this is more psychological but everyone and their beliefs. In my point of view I think it was no mess and only some people might understand the series others will think it was a mess. Depending on how you view the series and what your expectations are.
