Yes MXTX is an amazing author. Untamed actual novel name is mo dao zu Shi and the plot was altered here n there…
Thank you so much! I definitely heard of them and they're already on my plan to watch. I have a lot on the table right now XD
I'm mad about what they did with Forward Forever but the costumes, cinematography and plot are really good in my opinion although I'm only on ep 10. And it's kinda annoying that the girl lead who was supposed to be a man is dressed as a man and 'acts' like a man, they went as far as to bandage her chest so she looks flat. Like wtf, either follow the story and put a man as a love interest or just leave her there as a woman. Getting a female lead and then trying their best to make her a man, it's just awkward. I feel like it would've made more sense if the female lead had to hide her identity and pretend to be a man like in Sungkyunkwan Scandal. Another option is to just cut romance out. It would be a shame but I feel that the plot is interesting enough without the romance and in all honestly, I don't even feel it.

THANK YOU! Plz keep rambling, I love this XD I'm so excited! Although I'm fully aware China is extra homophobic so they'll heavily censor it but I hope they don't do what they did with Forward Forever and replace a MALE actor (love interest) with a female. I feel like that doesn't do the novel justice. With Untamed you could CLEARLY feel the love between the main leads, they're so compatible as actors lol best chemistry I've ever seen and most of it communicated with just eyes. I want at least bromance, lowest level of love between men XD it's still priceless tho.

Omg really?! You have any idea of the name of it? I know mo do zu shi was the name of the anime version of the untamed which I'm still watching rn. So assuming the name of the novel would be the name of the anime then?
Heavenly sword and dragon slaying sabre 2019(my personal fav)The legend of condor hero's(2017), you can try

I have a few questions about this drama! Please answer them in the comment section or on my feeds. Thank you!
Q1: I have a feeling the king is going to be forced to marry another women since his mother is saying he needs an 'ally' - someone who is going to remain by his side for the obligation of love. Is that going to happen? Q2: Will the girl marry the kings best friend's brother? Or is she going to be rescued by one of them? Q3: Will the king's best friend ever go against the king? In a sense that he starts having a desire for the throne or wants to make the girl his wife? Q4: When will the king find out the identity of the girl and that she is blackmailed to marry his best friend's brother? Q5: Will the king marry the girl? If so what episode?
I understand these are big spoils but that's what I want to continue watching in peace :')
