I am not sure what pride the writers take in depicting them in this way, but there is not one on the show worth a damn. All 3 examples are disasters.

At some point she needs to stop talking to herself and explain out loud how she actually feels to DS. Stop with the childish insults to push him away.

FL's dad is truly worthless. He knows the MG's dad has been coming to his neighborhood and harassing Audrey, but he sits there and says nothing.

So, FL's dad now knows who MG's father is, and he is not curious at all about why this guy was intimidating and harassing Audrey. His backstory is of a police officer. Even if he was not a former police officer as a father, you would think he would be curious about the connection and who these people really are asking to marry his daughter.

Yes. I don't know if they will understand or agree, but he should at least explain it so they know why he sees the Chairwoman as an enemy of the family. However, he is the only one that makes the blood distinction, so I do not think his explanation will make any difference to them about choosing between him or Ha Na. Neither of them want to make such a choice because they see Ha Na as family period.

Episode 35 when Ji Seok met with Ha Na and the Chairwoman to discuss the mother daughter connection. Ji Seok started poking holes in the story and told Ha Na she should do the test again. Her reply was how can you tell me to do the test again in front of the Chairwoman? She then proceeded to convince him just to accept that the Chairwoman is her mom.

Trash would be a step up from this disaster. I don't what the network paid for this but they deserve a refund.

One thing for sure is that DS has two very weak women in his life. Putting aside his butthole grandmother.

One is clueless and naive. You can't ask someone to love you and treat you well. If you have to ask that of them, it's not sincere, and it shows that you don't trust them to do so in the first place.

The other is a coward. I could understand Audrey being intimidated when she was much younger, but that was 20 years ago. She doesn't enjoy that excuse anymore. If she has not gotten stronger all this time, she will never be strong enough to protect her son.

You all see how the FL's loser brother handles his responsibility? Forcing his wife to figure out what to do with his son not wanting to go to daycare.

The best thing Audrey could have done to protect her son was to give him the information about his grandmother. Why she was forced to leave. It would be up to him to accept it or get to the bottom of what actually happen. Information is power and she so far she refuses to protect herself or him. Instead she decides to meddle in his life and make things worse for him.

We are on episode 74 and it seems like the FL has rejected the ML 74 times.

Yes. Nothing but a bunch of talking and depiction of characters so weak and uninteresting I am finding it hard to root for any of them. There really is no drama in this drama.

I don't know how she cannot choose to get a 2nd DNA test. The Chairwoman's DNA is already on file with the police all Ha Na has to do is submit hers and see if they can find a match, which they won't. No one has to know she is doing it. Ji Seok advised her to do that but she blew him off.

I wish Ji Seok would stop getting black-out drunk. That never solves any problems and puts you in a vulnerable position when you must be on your toes 24/7.
