The writers completely failed. I have never believed a couple less than this one, because the writers did not write a relationship just two guys who claimed to love each other for no apparent reason. They also used every cliche they could think of.
I haven't been this irritated by a BL series since 2 Moons. The guys were really good looking but Hai Qing was not a likeable guy. The first episode gave me high hopes, but by the midway point I was just ready for it to end. I'm just glad the ending wasn't really sad.
All the cheating storylines arguments aside why the hell has Cho not gone to Human Resources about Pete already?…
I also feel bad for Jay and all the other people's lives Pete has clearly ruined over the years. I wonder where is Pete's boss, it's not Pete's company he must have a supervisor, why is this person not more involved in a company with so many problems? And why has no one come to investigate the incident with Jay? He should sue!
They say the opposite of love is indifference not hate. At this point I am indifferent to Yihwa and Farm. There was a time when Yihwa was the best woman on a BL series, now she is no better than Plern Pleng. If Rit wants to be with Bright fine, but Farm deserves to be alone. Everyone who listened to his trash advice is an idiot. I still love Fai, Cho and Knock. Cho is gonna be the one that exposes evil Pete and that is the only thing I'm looking forward to on this series besides Fai hopefully finding a good man and an engineering job.
There are so many great BL series on these days, it's truly sad how quickly and completely this once great series has devolved. I feel bad for all of the actors, I hope they find something better.
P.S. I will NEVER forgive Korn no matter how many cups of water he buys and no matter how many half assed apologies him gives and no matter how many times he gets caught with Pete and acts like it's not a big deal.
The series is better than I expected, but not great. The romance was sweet, but the out of order story structure made it hard for me to connect with some of the series. I also think some storylines came in too late in the series to make a meaningful impact. But I would like to see a season 2.
Do you have a recommendation of which one to watch first, or does it matter? I'm tempted to watch this one first…
I would say you can watch either first, but some of the relationships make a bit more sense if you watch Kiss the Series first. But really if you'd prefer to watch this one first it will still make sense. Hope that helps :)
This show and what went on behind the scenes seems like a cautionary tale for future BL series. Episode 5 was the highlight, but it quickly went dow hill from there. So sad.
I loved it without subtitles and loved it more when I saw it with subtitles. I knew Gun would be great because he always is, but Off's acting made the episode really special.
Even with no subtitles it was great. OffGun have wonderful chemistry, I hope someone puts out a version subtitles VERY soon. Also, I can't wait for PeteKao and KongpobArthit!!!
I wait to watch this episode just to give everyone else a chance to see it and comment. Again, I'm loving the…
I loved your comment. Bright2.0 is a spot on way to describe evil Pete. Fai, Cho, Knock and Rit are the only good people left on the show. I only want them to have a happy ending.
I listed Kao and Pete as a couple who discussed their issues and worked them out. I didn't say they immediately worked them out. If two people work something out immediately with no conflict it never becomes an issue, it's a discussion. You think the way AePete were was mature and went against cliches, I'm fine with that. I still don't find the couple to be interesting, I do want to see another season and hope they stay together if there is a second season.
I still love Fai, Cho and Knock. Cho is gonna be the one that exposes evil Pete and that is the only thing I'm looking forward to on this series besides Fai hopefully finding a good man and an engineering job.
