Yes, there's something in this drama, I don't know what it is... but there are a number of people who really can't get over it. :'D I've read some comments here and there, about people complaining, that they can not watch anything else :DDD I can, I've recovered in a way, haha. But I am subbing Under the Power into my mothertongue (Hungarian), so I get my daily dose from Lu Yi & Jinxia, too... :D

It has some romance but that's really not the main topic. Someone changed the description, because the previous one had something about the hero's love interest.... & it was correct because I've read about that in Chinese descriptions as well. Those have been changed as well :'D, so I think it's really only subtle romance (between Ren Jialun & Li Man.) We'll see... Hope that answers your question.
