What made me sob uncontrollably was Soo Ho's grandma sitting beside him at the hospital. He was trying to get the perfect attendance award for her :'( I really wish this had more episodes!! I hope s season 2 is confirmed soon!!
I feel like I'm watching a much older drama, as forceful, dominant ML's are now seen as "outdated". However, this is a really fun watch, and I'm looking forward to the new episodes
There was seriously no real love triangle. He Zi Qiu never liked Jing Jing romantically... it was his stupid friend…
I really liked that they added that. It really reinforced Ling Xiao's feelings and that he wasn't just in love with her because she was the only girl in his life. It really showed us that love comes in many different forms and can be applied differently for two people in the same situation
I can't believe I wasted my time on this drama. I guess it's true that you should go off your instinct about whether or not to continue a drama because I shouldn't have given this chance after chance, thinking it would somehow get better. To anyone that sees this and is debating continuing or starting: I wouldn't unless the rest of your watch-list is empty. It's not worth the 16 hours you'll spend
To be honest, I don't understand why they didn't just take a video of the laptop from someone's phone if it couldn't be sent directly. They wouldn't have lost the evidence like that. I understand they thought they were giving it to someone trustworthy, but even the laptop's owner knew better than to keep a single copy of the video. They go to a school for cops. They should have known better
I'm not sure which kind of development or relevation you expect to happen in one singular episode tho? This drama…
I wasn't expecting any type of revelation, but I do pay mind to lackluster first episodes. I've read that this drama gets better, but how far would you say I have to get to start enjoying it?
I feel like I disagree with everyone that says the ending was unnecessary. Hee Do and Yi Jin breaking up was a very realistic ending. I especially loved how they root for each other even years after their parting. When Yi Jin became a reporter, it wasn't possible for their relationship to be the same. Hee Do's mom did what she could, but the nature of the work scarred Hee Do. With Yi Jin doing the same job, they became incompatible. Yi Jin couldn't have quit though. His main goal was to bring his family back together using any means possible. As Hee Do grew up, it wasn't possible to just seek happiness together, but with their difference in maturity, they couldn't share their burdens with each other. I think this drama was so beautifully done.
