I should not complain of 25 fridays and saturdays seeing my beloved JHW. But 50 eps is too much yet I will still…
Actually if you watch two episodes of a 50-episode-long drama every weekend, it's fine (I do the same with Father is Strange right now). Binge-watching long dramas can be a pain the ass though.
Ahh so that little boy is their son or not...I'm reading lots of opinion but nothing is conclusive..even…
The child is definitely not her son (at least I think so). Dong Gu is all part of a typical drama-misunderstanding. If he is exactly three years old, he can also be her brother since her mother married three years ago.
I'm truly happy for them... but now fangirls/boys might feel motivated to ship every single drama couple to death. I know that there have been several actors and actresses who fell in love with each other after starring in a drama together. However, unrealistic die-hard shipping gets sometimes completely out of hand. I remember the news about IU's break-up with Jang Ki Ha – which ended in an official statement of Lee Joon Gi's label which mentioned that it had no relation with him (because fans of Scarlet Heart Ryeo thought he was the reason of their break-up). Something like this happened with the Goblin couple as well. Right now, the same thing is going on with the main cast of Strong Woman Do Bong Soon (which is annoying as hell). I am really really happy for Joo Hyuk and Sung Kyung... really! But I'm afraid this might encourage more stupid fans to ship other drama leads like crazy.
Oh, and I'm kinda disappointed to find such an article on MDL. I always thought that this is the place for my completely unbiased drama-obsessed bitches (love you guys!). I have Twitter and Facebook for gossip and stuff like that.
It took me three runs to finish episode 2. Sorry, but (except for Hae Jin) every single main character/actor is so not charming. Woon Gwang's role feels so incredibly fake, shallow and annoying, while Do Ha's character is absolutely terribly written. I have no idea how her personality actually works. First she's in full lovey-dovey mode, then extremely aggressive, then quite rational and smart, then way too impulsive, etc.... I have no idea what kind of personality this girl has. I know this is just my personal preference... but her looks also don't work for this drama. It's not just the hair, it's also her facial expression. Most of the time I'm so annoyed while watching ManXMan (unfortunately it's not even funny -.-)... which sucks because I was soooo looking forward to this drama. I'll continue watching it though... maybe there's still hope.
I absolutely adore Son Dam Bi. She will always be one of my favorite Korean singers... but in her role as Hyo Jin... I WANNA SCRATCH HER EYES OUT! SAY 'OTOKE' ONE MORE TIME, GIRL!!!
And... when the cutest Korean actor you have ever seen has less IG followers than yourself.
I really have to force myself to continue watching... and I'm not sure if Hae Jin's handsome face is reason enough to go on.
