Yeah i kinda do understand your point that if somebody changes their mind after the surgery then these people will be in distress, but some people like it you know some don't want a penis so they like to go through the surgery and also don't regret it later.

That is indeed true that no amount of drugs and surgery can actually turn somebody into a boy or a girl but if someone wants to make that change happen to their body then i think its fine as it's their body and it's their choice.
