Yes the dissatisfaction should only be for the production team/decision makers, not the actors or characters. Everyone is loveable and actors are great. Wangquan Fugui is actually a wonderful character, one of my favorites ever seen, and all the couples are well fit together.

Its so on point for Rumu's love advice to be relentless pursuit 😂 and Fugui to have no advice except "you must have balance and mutual feelings"
