Is your name Qingkui related to The Starry Love? Unfortunately that drama fell into the xianxia 5 second of HE trap and soo many others. I got triggered by his "im back" and had LBFAD flashbacks.

Shen Li not letting go of XZ's body to the point she almost collapsed is the most clingy/desperate thing she's ever done to love him, and I appreciate that. She usually is the first to turn around and walk away! He had to lose her so many times traumatically and this is the first big trauma she had of losing him.

the couple energy is so great by the end, "you're mine!" "you're mine!" and the kisses and cuddles and leaning on each other.

LOL i felt that trigger too! If this was another xianxia drama, the "I'm back" is the last scene of the whole thing.

I started crying from exactly that dad/daughter scene,! and broke down later when XZ walks past her dying
