This will be the second best thai gl for me. No, the table scene isn't in the novel. However, Lada is very gentle with Earn. She treats her like she's precious and Earn is the same with Lada. Yeah, Lada is more close to the mother and counts her as one of the most important person alongside Earn. She literally ran off to England because they were forcing her to marry Visanu. She probably would take a longer time to come back to Thailand had it not been for Earn. I also look down on any parent who sees the other parent manipulating and causing their child distress and does nothing about it besides making soft complaints. I do wish Earn would've started off with "I'm sorry" but I'm not sure where they are going with the episodes since they've changed up some stuff from the novel but I love both versions of Earn and Lada and I'm rooting for Earn. True. In the novel, Lada and her mother are "close". I say this because her mother is truly disturbing. She likes to keep an eye on her and is always asking her where she is, when is she coming home,etc. Lada on her end looks up to her mother and sees this as love and care. However, her mother uses this as a form manipulation to get her to do what she wants. I can understand Earn and I'm rooting for her. Their love isn't going anywhere but up.
Lol, Lada is so petty and I love it. I understand why Earn can't say why, but give Lada something to work with. That was one thing that frustrated me. I would've sold her mother out as she didn't give a damn about mine, using her health to strike a deal. Sinister behavior.
