A Heartfelt Mirror into Anxiety and Tiny Triumphs
This is my favorite K‑drama or at least, it’s in my top 3. I liked it so much that I felt deeply identified in many moments, and that made it difficult for me to watch some scenes. Yet I believe it reflects very important themes—anxiety, loneliness, social pressure—in a way I had never seen before. The honest depiction of small victories and setbacks, of panic and relief, struck me like a mirror. By the end, I was moved by how it treated mental health as a living experience, not just a plot device.
